Staff was amazing. Room was okay. Needs better cleaning as it felt like they did not clean before we arrived. I cleaned it up before we got settled in. Pool and location to the State Park was fantastic. The beach and walking trails are great. There was a f8or something on our floor. No one came to speak to us about it. The workers were loud and one night they woke us up at 2am.

What a beautiful place! Gorgeous, clean condo and incredible views. Pool and hot tub were nice, staff was super nice and helpful, comfy king size bed always makes me happy. I would highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Cleanliness, room views, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was workable with amenities, front desk were super helpful and courteous. Loved the location and free state park pass! The beach there is great! They rent umbrella and two chairs for $38 there on beach . Very nice while spending day at beach. Pool was a step up from your average pool. Hot tub was nice too.

We always enjoy our time there. The front desk people are always helpful and maintenance responds quickly. The lobbies on the ground and first floors are very inviting. We love the pool and spa area plus Flippers Restaurant serves us at the pool. Our condo was very clean and well stocked.

Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees. When the tide is low you can walk around the island and explore near the mangroves. The prettiest sunsets you’ll ever see. Lovers key state park is less than a 10 minutes drive and has so much to do and see. Never very crowded. The staff are awesome and friendly. We will continue to go to vacation here for many more years to come. Simply the best!
