The hotel accomodations were very nice. There is a trolley stop a short walk from the hotel so we were able to explore all of Fort Myers Beach.

The room at this hotel was AWESOME! The windows allowed a fabulous view of the bay, partial view of the ocean, and view of Lover's Key State Park. The walk to the public beach (no $) was about a half mile across a bridge. Nice walk, but I didn't realize it was this far when I booked the hotel. The hotel is closer to a beach, but it is the beach that is part of the state park, which costs $2 per person (walkers) to enter. We arrived around 5:00 one evening, and didn't want to pay $4 to be at the park for 1.5 hours, so we walked across the bridge. The room was wonderful, the view was magnificent, but the location was just ok. The service was what really disappointed. When we arrived at the hotel there was just one person working the desk, and he was on the phone. We waited about 10 minutes to be checked in. He checked us in by giving us the key and password, etc. for the internet. When I asked about information for the area, he got out a map and showed us the nearest beach, but did not offer any other info about the restaurant connected to the "resort," where anything was (hot tub) and did not point us to the brochures (which were in a side room that was not apparent from the check in) I just felt that for the price of the "resort" that the welcome could have been more informational. Twice during our four day stay we had to return downstairs from the 7th floor to reprogram our key. For this price "resort" we should not have had that trouble. Disappointing for the price paid.

Fire alarm sensor went off at 2 am one of the nights the fire truck came and nobody from staff was there to inform what was happening ...

This hotel was really nice. It had a great restaurant right on its premises with good food and delicious drinks. It is also located right next to Lovers Key Park, which has tons of fun things to do.

SMALL ROOM NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR 4 ADULTS. PULL OUT QUEEN SIZE WAS NOT COMFORTABLE. BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF JULY 4TH FIRE WORKS. FOOD WAS GREAT. GREAT SERVICE FOR BRAKFAST. DINNER SERVICE SLOW, WE WERE 5 AND SEATED AT A TABLE FOR 4 DIRECTLY IN SUN SET. WE HAD TO ASK TO MOVE WHEN ANOTHER LARGER TABLE BECAME AVAILABLE. HAD TO DRIVE TO BEACH.

Flippers was fantastic. The convenience of the resteraunt and the food was fabulous. The resort was secluded which was nice but not having a private beach was disappointing, after paying $40.00 for resort fees, we should not have to walk across to the State Park and pay to access the park beaches or pay for the trolley to Ft. Meyers .The resort was not a smoke free resort which would have been nice to know. There was not enough chairs at the pool to accommodate everyone.

This hotel is beautiful and the accomodations are great. Loved the Flippers Restaurant . The complimantary breakfast each morning was really nice. Pool is pretty and loved the balconies

Everything was going wonderful until we climbed into bed for the night. The mattress felt 25 years old, and stiff as a board.

Love the hotel customer service was great food was great and it should be a 4 1/2 star hotel not 3 I will return soon thanks

The staff was extremely accommodating. They were prepared when I got there to check in and answered any questions that we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with amazing views! Flipper's on the Bay...so delicious! I didn't want to leave!

The hotel itself is very nice. The views are Fantastic! Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that there really isn't a place near by to just hang out and have a drink. There is a wonderful restaraunt right at the hotel, however they don't have a bar area, and they are pretty busy. I would recommend the dinner service, it was AMAZING! however, lunch was average at best.

Clean, nicely furnished...full kitchen, smaller toilet/shower area. Small beach on estero bay, 200 yard walk across road to Lovers Key beach/gulf. Nice views.Restauranrt next to hotel...food was so-so

We arrived at this location and were told that our reservation was made thru Orbitz, but that another party was booking the rooms, sort of like a time-share. We had to check in to a location down the road, and because we didnt book directly with the hotel, we did not get the continental breakfast normally included. Otherwise, a great location, a fantastic room, very clean very quiet! But book directly thru the hotel-the rates are the same or better!
