Bauhinia is a wonderful location only a block from the blue waters of the Gulf and Captiva’s beautiful beaches and 1/2 block from the Bay with great fishing and boating. This home is an easy stroll to great restaurants, boutiques and galleries.

Enjoy a fabulous heated pool with a large furnished lanai, all screen enclosed and ideal for outdoor dining!

All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and  $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments (excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
