Prepare delicious meals in the full kitchen and enjoy dining together in the dining area. Step out onto the screened lanai with comfortable seating. This elevator-serviced building offers on-site amenities including a heated pool and BBQ grills. A convenient pay laundry room is located on the ground level. While resort amenities are not included, the stunning Captiva beaches are just a short, easy walk away. Plus, with our partnership with VayKLife, beach gear is included! Explore the charming shops and restaurants in the nearby Captiva Village. A 2-night minimum stay is required. Your perfect Captiva escape awaits!

This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. Your booking confirmation includes a link to VayKLife’s site, where you can browse their full selection and easily redeem your credit.
