This island is easy to get to. Take Island Girl ferry (runs every 2 hours) to our docks! No cars, only golf carts here! Closest airports at Fort Meyers and Punta Gorda

We had a wonderful stay. Kim quickly responded to all my questions with valuable information. I discovered that many of the property management personnel do a meet and greet at the ferry which adds a personal connection. However with this townhome so close to the ferry, that is not a necessity. We definitely will be coming back to the island with friends next time.

What a great townhome for our family of 5!! From 2 golf carts to DVD's galore to board games and beach toys, Kim has everything you need to enjoy your time on North Captiva Island!

Wonderful stay!! Wonderful island!!

We had a fabulous time on North Captiva. Our stay was wonderful and thanks to our terrific hostess we were very well prepared for our island vacation!! Our hostess was an outstanding communicator and the townhome was a very pleasant place to stay. The property manager is local and very helpful. She went over and above and was our island concierge for our entire stay. The location was perfect (right across from the Ferry dock) and the pool and tennis courts were a short golf cart ride away and were very well kept. Having two golf carts as well as kayaks and bikes made it easy to get around and gave us lots to do. We also loved playing the fun tiki toss game. We would definitely come back to North Captiva and would be happy to be able to stay here again.

The perfect place to Relax and Reconnect!

From the first communication with the property owner to leaving the condo it was a great experience! North Captiva is a hidden gem. It was more complicated making travel and food arrangements (since it’s a island!) but the owner was extremely helpful in providing all the contacts I needed. The condo is beautifully decorated, well stocked and was perfect for our stay. I’m a linens snob and the bedding/sheets are high quality and like new. The location of the condo next to the ferry drop off was very convenient. Access to Safety Harbor amenities was definitely a perk! The only thing I wish I had known in advance was to make dining reservations before you arrive and we were planning to do a lot of grilling and I had overlooked in the description that it was a charcoal grill. Peter the next door neighbor was a wealth of knowledge to give us all the local tips. He even graciously allowed us to borrow two more bikes so we could all bike together. We are already talking about booking for next year!

Nice place!

Great getaway for relaxing. There were two golf carts which were nice because we had five people. Kim was nice to work with. This is complete island life so you bring all your stuff there.
