SILVERSEAS COTTAGE, The Perfect Beach Vacation Mere Steps From the Beach!
Experience the ultimate beach vacation! Our experience with visiting the Island gives us the knowledge to help make your island getaway a breeze. We know how much easier it is when you have the amenities already at the house, so we’ve gone the extra mile to provide so many extras so that you don’t have to pack them! Plus, we’ll offer tips and tricks on grocery shopping, booking your ferry, fishing charters and more. Our family is here to make sure this is the best vacation ever!

First, the house. This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath home provides room for 7 guests. Immaculately clean and professionally decorated throughout, the main floor offers a great room with a vaulted ceiling, huge smart TV and the most comfortable furniture ever for relaxing after a day at the beach. Plus the open floor plan is perfect for visiting while you cook dinner or enjoy a glass of wine at the bar. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including cookware, dishes, utensils and even the basic spices and food staples such as flour, sugar and cooking spray. You’ll love our gas stove and oven, and clean-up is a breeze in the dishwasher (dishwasher pods are provided). The matching stainless fridge has ice and water in the door. The home also has a water softener and in-line filters so no need to bring bottled water! The kitchen also features granite countertops, a coffee bar, microwave, blender, hand mixer, Magic Bullet, waffle maker, drip coffee pot and Keurig, crock pot, toaster and more. Through the beautiful French doors of the kitchen, you can enjoy a fully screened porch overlooking the lushly landscaped, private pool area. Read a book, enjoy a glass of wine and the evening sunset while you watch the kids splash in the pool. Also attached to the porch and kitchen is the window-lined dining room which comfortably seats 6. The main floor also features a beautiful bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, closet and private French doors to the screened porch. The second bedroom on the main floor features a full-size bed with a roll out trundle and smart TV. The main-floor bathroom is appointed with double vanities, a jacuzzi tub, and fluffy towels. Toilet paper, hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Next door to the bathroom is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Pack minimally and just throw a load in the washer every couple days! Laundry detergent and beach towels are provided!

Up the stairs to its own private oasis, you’ll find the master suite. This beautifully decorated, spacious room features a king size bed, sitting area, smart tv and ensuite bath. Two doors open to its own private deck with the perfect setting for an intimate conversation while watching the sunset. Also included in the master bedroom is a dedicated, quiet, office space where you can work or meet via video or phone conference. Our reliable, high speed Starlink internet keeps you connected. We also provide a monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer. The ensuite bathroom features a beautiful, tiled shower, double vanities and is stocked with fluffy towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A hair dryer is also provided.

Our outdoor living spaces are numerous, and all appointed with beautiful patio furniture. One of our favorites is the fenced in, heated pool. Relax in one of the lounge chairs while the kiddos play. Pool toys, floaties and life jackets are provided. Adjacent to the pool is a covered outdoor bar area with bar stools, television, sink and refrigerator. This space also features a picnic table and corn hole (bags) game. Or lounge nearby in the hammock! Sandy from your day at the beach? Spray off in the outdoor shower. Also on the ground level is an outdoor shell washing and fish cleaning station.

Our home comes with two 4-seat golf carts to easily get around the island. If you prefer, feel free to use our two fat-tire adult bicycles and youth fat-tire bike to explore the island and the nature preserve.

We know you’re really coming for the beach, and we thought of everything you might need for that too! We provide sand scoopers, shell bags, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, a large Bogg bag, beach wagon and a cooler to haul your drinks to the beach. We have wooden boogie boards and a large paddle board to play in the beautiful gulf waters. If you’re traveling with small kids feel free to use our portable pop-up outdoor play yard and beach blanket! Do you love to fish? So do we and we’ll share all our experience with shore fishing, including what lures and bait to use, where on the beach has the best fishing and more. We also provide fishing poles and a dedicated cooler to haul your day’s catch home in.

Need a break from the beach? Hang around the house and enjoy a show on one of our smart TVs with streaming services provided. We also have a variety of books and board games for kids and adults. And, to keep the kiddos busy Magna Tiles and Thomas the Train wooden tracks and trains, plus a fun scavenger hunt just for our guests. We are also just a short walk to the huge, public, Island Club Pool and Mango’s Bar & Grill. Grab an ice cream cone at the Island Club Store or Mainstays, rent bikes or kayaks at The Island Club or book a charter fishing or shelling trip with one of the island’s first class guides.
