Enter through the secure lower lobby with a beautiful cascading fountain, then up the stairs to the eighth floor, with entry into a foyer into the newly renovated, coastal-themed, open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile flooring and high, voluminous ceilings throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of cabinets and quartz countertops with tile backsplash. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a dishwasher, 5-burner glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and a french door refrigerator with pull-out freezer drawer and water/ ice dispenser in the door. Also in the kitchen is a separate wine refrigerator to store additional beverages. There is a breakfast bar extending from the kitchen to the dining room with seating for 2. The main dining area has a table seating four, but expands to easily seat six.
