This hotel is NASTY. It wreaked of old smell, weed and cigarettes. The linens are dingy, the beds are uncomfortable. This hotel is roach infested, they come out at night like unwanted guest. The two chairs in the room were tore up from someone's cat or dog. I was told they had ordered replacement chairs and that I would see them before checkout. To my surprise no new chairs. Stains on the walls and mashed roach bodies with the leg on ceiling. The floors are not being mopped properly it smells like they use dirty water. You can even see the roaches walking in the hallway, on the walls and dead on the floor. The ground on the front entrance is so disgusting I hated not wearing shoe slip covers. The board of health needs to come and inspect this building and completely fumigate this building. The trash cans are always full the oder in this building is not healthy. I don't know who is giving 4 or 5 stars there is no way these are real.
The staff is polite, I in no way shape, form or fashion blame them. They are not the problem. Who ever owns this hotel or is franchising it, is giving the Woodsprings name a bad reputation. Do better. You wouldn't even stay here. Loud and noisy guests....Weed smokers....RUST ON THE BATHROOM FIXTURES.......HORRIBLE
