Wonderful Hotel in North Miami Beach

Amazing hotel in a quiet section of North Miami Beach. The hotel was comfortably decorated, had great room amenities and the staff was very friendly and service oriented. Would definitely return when back in Miami Beach.

Not deserving if Ritz Carlton name ot brand. Third stag here and each was worse than before. Property is magnificent but it is an ownership, management and training problem. Have stayed at Ritz Carltons all over the world and this is worst managed property. Made us wait for room until 5 minutes before 4 pm check in. Said hotel was fully booked which was a lie. Website showed 6 room categories immediately available gor our entire stat. Awakened at 7 am my maintenance workers talking outside our room. Gangsta rap videos playing loudly at pool bar. Just a poorly managed oroperty at every level.
