Small boutique hotel with service. Feliciano was so helpful and always went above and beyond the call of duty to help us and make our stay a pleasure.

Bed bugs in bed . Leaking a.c caused floor to soak . No remote for the. The hotel upon arrival charges you a random hotel fee of beach towels Wi-Fi and a fake complementary breakfast that only had expired yogurt and freezer toast no waffle maker no sausage no eggs just coffee and tea so forget about eating at this hotel. The staff is rude they don’t acknowledge you when you enter and leave the hotel. My room smelled wet once I entered once I told the front desk that we were missing a remote control for a TV in our room he quickly add to attitude and instead of giving us another remote he just told me it should be on our desk we’ve been looking for this remote for two days a part of our four days stay and we were missing a remote finally got a remote on our third night stay. The beach towels you can tell they wash it in hot water with no detergent oh did I mention bedbugs in our bed I was scratching the entire time.

The property was very clean. They also allowed me to check in early which was great. The staff was friendly and available, My stay was nearly perfect. The only minor thing was that there are no vending machines in the hotel.

Good location. However, at check-in we were informed that the power would be out for several hours during the few hours we would be awake and in the room. It was actually off for about 6 hours. The workers were outside our window and very loud from 10 pm until about 4 am in the morning, Needless to say, we did not have a nice stay or a good night sleep. Management did not reach out to us.

We loved the property. We were not pleased with the $18. per day parking fee, nor the $200. deposit we had to place.

I did not enjoy anything about this hotel. The staff were not accommodating at all. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Great staff and service here. Breakfast set up and coffee were awesome. Front desk a big help for me with getting some stuff printed so I could sifn, then got it scanned and emailed to me straight away...

The seating in the lobby was nice. There were no outlets or phone chargers near the bed unfortunately. The showerhead did not work properly. The WiFi was very poor.

Comfortable bed. Lot of noise from neighbors early morning hours. No hotel signage in front of hotel.

The hotel smelled horrible. The walls were thin as paper we could hear everything above and next to us and they only serve cold breakfast. Totally never booking them again not worth my money.

the hotel is OK, but I can hear the baby's crying next to my room. the sound of air conditioning is a little loud. all others are OK

Good location, basic amenities and nice helpful staff. This is not a high end hotel like the area around it so if your expectations are in line, you should be able to enjoy the proximity to Haulover and North to South Miami Beach 🏖 Lots of shops and several restaurants to walk to even safely at night, I believe. I didn’t have any problems.

This was an last decision hotel but it was the best decision!! Thanks to theo, and another young lady at the front desk forgot her name but i think it started with a S!! Everuone was so helpful thank you all for the experience!!
