Rooms are very clean. Great location and very friendly/helpful staff. Breakfast was somewhat prepackaged stuff, but it was very quiet when we were there which I imagine didn’t justify a freshly cooked breakfast.

Loved the location and the amenities of the hotel. Walkable area, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Quiet area next to Intracoastal waterway and the hop on-hop off water taxi. Breakfast was not to our liking. Prepackaged food to heat in the microwave. Coffee was good and there was cereal and fruit with yogurt. Can’t go wrong with a bagel or toast. It was adequate.

I booked this hotel because of the breakfast which I had experience with but they were renovating the restaurant so they had to relocate the breakfast to the bar area and options were very limite. Everything was in plastic wraps (premade waffles, sausage sandwich, etc) that you had to reheat in a microwave or toaster. There were bagels and bread. The breakfast was lacking a lot of basic foods like eggs, fresh sausages, bacon, etc that are essential in a hotel breakfast especially at the residence inn where it is expected. Other than that, I was quite disappointed by the service. We were not greeted at check-in, the person behind the counter didn’t even say hi, just asked for my ID and a CC. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The floors and rooms are a bit outdated especially the bathroom. The deck area on the intercostal is nice, but again quite outdated and a bit dirty.

I spent the weekend at this hotel for my partner’s birthday. Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel staff was helpful, welcoming, and friendly, specifically Alfredo and Jay. Convenient location - There were many nearby restaurants, bars/billiards, and coffee shops to choose from. We ate at Colombian Mountains Cafe and Bohemian Latin Grill - both were within short walking distance & had delicious food and exceptional service. Hotel was clean; however, the pool can use a little maintenance. Complimentary breakfast was very simple, mostly consisting of “on-the-go” breakfast sandwiches and waffles. Also, a bit crowded. I felt like the breakfast fell a little short of expectations compared to other complimentary breakfasts that I’ve had at other Marriot locations. Overall, would recommend others to stay here.
