Large 4/3House - 7MIN WALK 2 BEACH!-Tiki, Heated Pool & Bikes Included

Completely renovated modern style, beach home 3 blocks from Pompano Beach. Only a 7 -10 minute walk and your at one of the most highly rated beaches in the United States. Beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, renovated in December of 2018. Large patio area with 35 x12 heated pool with a covered Tiki Hut with a fan so you can get out of the heat and lounge on plush patio furniture. Need a little sun, there are ample chaise lounges and other furniture around the pool.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the house has a full size washer and dryer. The home can comfortably accommodate 8 adults. The 1 guest bedroom has a King size bed and the 2nd guest room a queen size bed and the main bedroom has a king size bed. 50" TV s are in the Main bedroom Bedroom and Family Room and a 40" TV is is in the "Family Fun Room". All TV s are Samsung Smart TV s so popular subscriptions like NetFlix, ShowTimeGo, YouTube, HBOGo and others are available. WiFi is available on the entire property.

The home is located 3 blocks from the beach and takes less than a 10 minute walk there to enjoy the world famous Pompano Beach. 6 Beach Cruiser Bikes are included so you can get back and forth to the beach or enjoy the many restaurants, shops and other entertainment within minutes of your vacation get-away.

Property is pet friendly but there is a pet fee of $100 per pet and we have a weight limit of 40lbs per pet.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. We had an amazing stay! The house was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It’s tucked in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything — the beach, great restaurants, and shops — you really can’t beat the location.The beach cruiser bikes were a fun bonus, and having laundry on-site made things super convenient. The back patio, lanai, and pool area were absolutely perfect for unwinding — and yes, the heated pool was the icing on the cake!The owners were incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. So much room with so much fun!

We had a great experience staying here at this house that was much larger than it appears. Everything was very clean and fully stocked. We had everything we needed and more! We relaxed by the pool most of our trip because we found it to be even better than the beach. It’s a perfect location, away from the crowds but an easy bike ride to so many restaurants and the beach. Just a few blocks from Publix as well.

Easy checkin process, the house was very clean and a well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of beach supplies. Chairs, umbrellas, wagons and even a rolling cooler. The pool was also a nice spot to relax and cool down. The house isn’t far from the grocery store and many restaurants. It was a perfect spot for an easy relaxing stay.

This space was comfortable, relaxing and perfect for our adult family of 5. The beach was close, lots of restaurants near by, without the congestion and grittiness of being surrounded by high rises. We loved the pool as well. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for our use in the garage. Absolutely perfect!

Thanks again for a beautiful stay. House was clean and very comfortable. Has every utensil you would need for cooking /barbecuing , he was also kind enough to leave two propane tanks for the barbecue! Located in a quiet neighborhood that is near some top notch dining. Pool is beautiful:)! Great place to have a family vacation. Great communication with the property owner , they will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Heaven in Pompano Beach

This house is even better in person than the pictures show. In addition to the great layout- particularly the outside back pool, garden, amnd tiki hut area- the kitchen is fully stocked not only with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and bowls, but anything else you could imagine, including many spices. John and Stacy are great hosts. The best part for us was to have such a beautiful house in such a perfect location. In addition to bars, restaurants, publix and other stores within walking distance, we walked over the intercoastal to the beach whenever we went there. We have already rented for a month next year. It was perfect for four of us with room for guests when they came!

Absolute Paradise

This property was exactly as the listing described. The pool and tiki area were heavenly. The house was immaculate. The hosts supplied all items you could want for a day at the beach. They communicated to make sure we had all we needed, and to make recommendations regarding restaurants. This was a child free trip for me, my husband, my sister, and brother-in-law. I would love to book again and bring my grandchildren. A five star experience from start to finish.

Pompano Family Vacation

This house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The rooms are well taken care of and everything was updated nicely. I liked that someone had labeled where to put the dishes and items after washing them. The beach chairs and towels saved us a lot of space when packing. The location is super convenient to Publix (which has a garage to park in!), places to go for a drink and eat, the beach, etc. We have been to the area but never stayed. This house allowed us to check out some new places and visit other locations that we love in the area. The walk is about 10 minutes to the beach which saves a lot of money in parking. There was lots of space for our 2 families (8 people - 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 pre-teens) to congregate at meal times and in the evening, but also enough space to spread out. The pool was great, and the kids named the iguanas that stopped by periodically. I can't thank John enough for delivering such a great place for our vacation!!

Family gathering to see Cricket Match in Ft Lauderdale

Property was just as pretty as the pictures on VRBO. Host was very responsive to questions before and during the stay. Property was very large, more than enough room for six adults and five year old child. House and grounds were very clean and well kept. Instructions from host posted in the house were very informative of things to do in the area and what to do for check out. Pool was a great plus for family play and to relax during the day. Tiki hut was great when an afternoon South Florida rain shower would sneak up on you. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway in south Florida.

Fantastic Spring Break

The cleanest property we have ever stayed in. I don’t know how there weren’t bugs any where but it’s was amazing. Pool was fantastic. Walk was good as well to the beach. Everything is labeled in the kitchen and they have paid attention to the details! Would absolutely go back again. Stacy answered all questions and met us there which was such a nice touch! Loved every minute!
