I was a little concern with this hotel because I didn’t see much pictures and some reviews were not that good specially the noise and dated part so when I booked it I was a little worried. On the day of arrival I was driving around to kill some time since I arrived early into Fort Lauderdale. I called hotel to see if by any chance my rooms was ready before 3 pm and a very nice guy actually let us get in little earlier than normal checking time. When we go to the place for my surprise it was listed as a motel but on the website I booked it it was listed as hotel. I walked into the little lobby and the same guy I talked to he was still there and with a very nice attitude he explained me some rules about the hotel plus the amenities. One of the thing caught my attention was the free beach chairs and towels, never seen that before on a small hotel/motel. After finishing at the lobby we walked to our room and first I noticed was how big it was for the price. I booked a king bed room and to be honest it was super spacious. Amenities in the room were closet, big fridge, table, coffee maker, toaster and even a microwave. Bathroom was also spacious minus the showier that was a little tiny. Just like some other pictures and review were saying the furniture it’s a little dated but still work perfectly everything. I had a room that was at the right corner of the building so I didn’t have front view of the beach, instead I had windows at the right side of the room but still I

Close to the beach, and close to local restaurants.

I'd like the hotel. But weather was not welcome to us

We didn't have a view. All rooms are upstairs for someone who wants first floor. Rooms were clean and a priced well. Had to pay $20 for parking a day but only stayed 2 days. Bed was comfortable and no bugs. Older motel but would consider for next stay.

We arrived late but everything was in place. There was no mix up as was with another hotel we had just left. Parking was safe and convenient although we had to pay $20 each night... it was convenient to have parking directly on the property versus having to walk a great distance. There were attractions and amrnities all around that were very beneficial! We enjoyed our quite hideaway... loved that everything was on site. We had a television, Refridgerator, stove, microwave, dishes, pots, utensils, coffee maker, new towels, shampoos, and everything needed to be comfortable... to

Front desk is a little scary specially if you get there at nighttime, but the receptionist was very nice ,room with kitchen and clean bathroom,I do recommend this place specially if you go with your family and kids , the motel is right in front of the beach and it’s plenty of places to eat nearby. Parking $20 extra but overall very nice experience

We had a great Christmas vacation, plan to continue to visit this hotel

This hotel is literally 50-75 yards from the ocean, right on the boardwalk. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Shops and food just downstairs (try the Peruvian restraunt downstairs). Great night life. Stayed in 2 rooms no bugs, I checked. Oh and did i mention they have a kitchen too.

The room felt like part of the broadwalk because there is no lobby, no internal hallway. You reach the room from an external staircase, right off the broadwalk. Spacious room. Dawn sunrise visible from room. Step out of room directly onto balcony with great view of broadwalk and surf. In high season, turn of ac and open windows. Strong sound of the surf. Perfect for swimmers, because you can easily dash out to the ocean, barefoot and in swimsuit. And if you love the broadwalk, it's hard to find a place that makes you feel more a part of it. The only negatives: 1. my bedside lamp was missing a lightbulb. 2. possibility of people yakking all night on the lounge chairs on the balcony. Fortunately, the balcony was essentially empty throughout my stay. I would favor a policy of no talking on the balcony. Maybe they have that policy, but it seems unlikely. There is little worse than trying to sleep while people are having a long chat right outside your window.

This place is just about the view of the beach THAT'S ALL. The rooms are run down and have a musty/old smell (bring your Lysol and wipes). There is ONE girl to man the entire place on her own. And ONE cleaning lady for when people check out. Don't expect any daily cleaning or fresh linens unless you pay extra for it. This place is $259/night and so is the Marriott right down the street. I have no clue what they're so overpriced for?? Stay at Margaritaville or Marriot instead. Parking is $22.45 per day here and you need to move your car on your checkout day or pay for an additional day (if it's available) Super inconvenient. Definitely do some shopping around before you pay these people their insane prices !

Rooms were ok...linens not clean. Saw the housekeeper taking a comforter out of another room and brushing the hair off of it. Had to go every day and ask for clean towels. The entire stay no one cleaned our room or emptied our trash! Seems they were only concerned about the $ for the room!

Tv was broke sheets kept coming off bed, frig made loud noise and steep long steps to room.

What better place to stay than right on the beach! The staff was gracious enough to let us put our luggage in the room 3 hours before checking in...Room was spacious, has it's own little kitchenette area. Only downfall would have to be the air conditioner. The curtains hung below the air vents and unless you wanted everyone to watch you sleep, the curtains are closed. And since the curtains are closed, the a/c unit would not cool the room. Other than that...it was GREAT!

Everything was in order. Room was complete, its close to the action the view was nice. I would go there again! Could'nt beat the price. It was a good time.

The Hotel was very close to the beach and the Hotel Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would back again.

Check in was quick, very friendly, escorted us to our room, that's rare nowadays, view is perfect your latterly right on the ocean. Everything you need is within walking distance, all kinds of restaurants and good music at the square at night. Very pleasant time.

We stayed here for 1 night before heading to Key West. The hotel is located right on the beach and board walk with many things to do and many selections of food. Overall this was a perfect location for us. Rooms were clean but the TV didn't work.

This will be our go to hotel. Parked behind hotel. We were able to keep our beach chairs and bikes in the car. Went for a bike ride on Boardwalk and spent time at the beach. Then 7 miles to Hard Rock casino. Great ocean front place at a reasonable price.
