This is my second time as a guest for 4 nights. Great location, price and the staff go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed.

It nice place and walk to the beach is awesome and a lot of things going on the streets

This is a nasty old motel and should be delisted. Room was damp and humid. Mattresss on bed was too soft and slanted so u rolled towards the edge. No iron and ironing board in room. Had no towels one day. Parking lot is concaved and filled with water after it rained. Several rooms were loud and filled with pot smoke as you walked by. No hotel restaurant, but small Greek one on premise. Many small black gnats flying in restaurant and on soda machines. I will NEVER stay there again. 2/4/2018.

I was desperate to find a place for just one night, it was a quick in & out. No resort fees or parking fees. It was a small room with a giant frig, if you squeeze sideways you can manage to get by it to open the door, it kept things cool at best. The mattress was covered in plastic which did not provide a good night's sleep. The location is across the street from beach - the only bonus. This is totally an example of "you get what you pay for".

Where to begin... the parking is sparse and very hard to maneuver when you have to park in the back (which is almost always). If you read google reviews you will see people have damaged their vehicles trying to maneuver the very tight and small turns. As for the "hotel", hope you enjoy bedbugs. The bed is horribly uncomfortable and the mattress and box spring are wrapped in a plastic cover due to bed bugs that makes it feel like your are sleeping on a stiff diaper. You have to be toothpick thin to squeeze by the refrigerator to get to the non-functioning oven (mind you I weigh 150 lbs and am 5'11"). You graciously have utensils, but nothing to cook with (i.e. pots and pans), not that the oven even worked. The other "guests" were reminiscent of people you would find at a half-way home or drug rehab facility. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Everything was good ....just I expected little bit more from morning breakfast

Description said Breakfast included - but it is frozen waffles, muffin and toast and coffee; Better than nothing, but expected more. Beds were horrible - too hard and just light coverlet blankets. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly; cute pool.

Friendly, helpful staff make this hotel resort extra special, not to mention their free continental breakfast. We also tried the gyros, & found them delicious! Just a little glitch with the toilet that was fixed that day, or 4 stars all the way around!

Had a good experience. Breakfast was complimentary and they give you towels to use at the beach!

It is very small and private. staff is nice and rooms are ok for what you pay for

Stayed before cruise, seemed like an ok hotel. Didn't have transport, but life goes on.

I enjoyed my stay. Comfortable, decent for the rate.

was very happy to get to my room after a long day that didn't go as planned. I needed to eat, I would suggest you go some where besides the hotel sub/sandwich shop, not great and over priced. The room was comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Awful, dirty room, dirty bed, dirty sink, dirty towels. TV did not work. A/C did not work. Bed very uncomfortable. Would never consider this hotel again or recommend to anyone else!!!

We stayed at a disgusting Motel 6 for 2 nights prior to this hotel stay. This resort style hotel was almost the exact rate and on the beach! It was nice and clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The mattress was in a hard plastic wrapper of some sort. We were promised a buy one get one free breakfast, but when we went to the diner we were told that we were only allowed what appeared to be day old donuts. This is what they called the continental breakfast. There was hot food available on the buffet. When we asked how we could get some the counter person said she would have to call the front desk and ask. She called, but the desk clerk had stepped out. We went to IHOP! I would stay here again if the rate is the same!

At check in , clerk barely spoke English.. Asked for a smoking beahfront room. there are no beach front rooms. They do not provide transportation to and from airport.. Volume control on TV remote did not work. Mold in rooms. Very loud transients stay there. Thre bartenders, you have to call away from their ipads, or laptops, when they are not going to their rooms every 15 minutes,,,yeah , you could time it.. DO NOT LET THEM RUN YOU A TAB OR PAY WITH ANYTHING LARGER THAN A ten, they never have change and will rob you at every oppurtunity. DO NOT ANY CASH IN YOUR ROOM AT ANY TIME, nuff said there...housekeeping does not understand DO NOT DISTURB signs...very unfriendly staff...

this hotel messed up my c-pap machine that i use for sleeping at night, i got no sleep at the other hotel( BEST WESTERN)I had to come up with out of pocket expenses to replace a vital part of the machine the next day.2 days wasted all because of THE FORT LAUDERDALE HOTEL RESORT & SUITES, we changed rooms twice, the tv would not work the lamps would not come on and there was dried up blood on the bedspread.

Great location, decent price, would stay here again. Plenty of parking and its free!

I’m a simple traveler – I only seek a clean and safe hotel because when on vacation I’m not spending too much time in my room! Booked this place for the price and location, but location wasn’t that great and the room was disgusting; dirty floors, bed sheets and it smelled. Take my advice and avoid!

This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. It started with the air conditioning not working on a 80+ degree day. We went to the front desk and they said maintenance would be up in a few minutes. Waited an hour and still no maintenance. During the hour, we discovered mold in the bathroom, stain on the furniture, and the room smelled horribly like urine. Also, upon arriving, garbage was blocking our doorway. Housekeeping obviously saw this as they were outside with us but did not move it and we had to. We decided after an hour with no help from no one and the rooms being in awful condition that we were not staying even if they moved us to another room. The staff was anything but helpful. Lesson learned is that we will be staying at major hotel chains from now on. And the best part was that we paid $95 (non of which will be refunded) and they advertised their rooms for $70. Not a great end to our otherwise perfect honeymoon!!

Wow ! Talking about total Negative incidents and Experience , All mattress are newly replaced and people usually complain that its too firm. Irons are at the front desk, you just had to inquire fro them. This is a very quite family Hotel and monitored to stay that way 24/7 . Sorry you had a bad experience with your stay, beside the exaggerations.

Sorry you had some difficulties, but yes, you do need to have some basic driving skills to drive around the back parking lot. Beds are all new and covered so you wont get bed bugs its for your protection, Most Hotels practice the mattress covers for sanitary purposes. Hotel doesn't supply cooking utensils in rooms per Health dept. rules. But we do have rooms with full kitchenettes. If there was an issue with your oven, you may ask front desk personnel to assist you and make things easy for you :)
