An absolute disappointment of an establishment, with rude, slow and not even remotely helpful staff who couldn’t care less about you, your stay, or the quality of your experience. Please, don’t waste your money like I did.
Online they offer a “VIP Package”. I even emailed about it which was confirmed in writing to register for said VIP Package at check in. After arriving to check in in person I asked about it yet again, to which the woman said “what? No. We don’t have that.” … okay? They say they have a private beach - the resort isn’t even on the beach. They advise you AT check in, NOT before, that regardless of what you paid at booking, even when your confirmation says no additional fees are necessary at check in, you are going to pay an additional $100 per night In incidentals. They will not tell you where to park because they insist you use their valet, but neglect to inform you that every time you even sneeze in the direction of the valet team it’s a $42 charge, that on my receipt (attached in photos) is considered a “non-guest valet fee”. When I inquired about this, I was told “ohhhh well no matter which way we code it, guest or non guest, the price is the same.” I’m sorry….what?! If you want housekeeping to turn down your room, you must give 24 hour notice (????) because they're a “green facility”. I called and asked for 3 pillows (our suite had a pull out couch….that didnt work) and they said no, because they didn’t have any. See the rest of this review on Google.
