Less than expected.
House was clean. It is being renovated still I guess. There were no lifejackets or floats near the pool. Throw rugs in various areas easy to trip on. Tv in living room and one bedroom. Security cameras inside the home. Allows dogs but no grass in the back where you can take them to do their business.

Less than expected
The listing included a washer and when we inquired as to its availability we were told they were locked in the garage and available for an additional fee of 50. The house is full of easily damageable knick-knacks and definitely not for any family with children. The living room has a floor-to-ceiling mirror the entire length of the wall you pass immediately upon entrance to the house. Again, very distracting and subject to damage and injury.
