You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the shared ooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and because it's in the best location in all of Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables.This is Fort Collins' premiere vacation rental!

Fantastic FoCo Find!

Spacious and spectacular, this place has it all! Tons of room to spread out for a family gathering but still cozy enough for a smaller gathering with large kitchen island and the warmth of the fireplace. Lots of natural light, professional decor and lighting, warm blankets and fluffy towels. Collectively, you feel like you are at a luxury mountain resort! We’ll be back!!

A nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything we needed to cook when we wanted, to hang out when we wanted and was still close enough to downtown to be a quick car ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We only had two cars, so street parking was okay.

Beautiful, comfortable, very clean and close to Old Town! We loved having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone including the 1 1/2 year old. Having access to the hot tub was nice also! Eric was great about communicating which was appreciated!! Our family came from IL, CA and WA and we hope to comeback!!

Convenient location for us to easily get to Fort Collins and Loveland, with a nice open living space for the group to reconvene after our days out and about. Host was very responsive when contacted regarding a few items we needed to have addressed.

This was a wonderful house for our large family to celebrate Christmas! Old Town North is very accessible to Old town where there are so many options of dining, shopping and activities. The house was stocked with essentials like trash bags, laundry detergent and a well stocked kitchen as far as cookware. I'd stay again!

I was the main communicator and organizer for a team of international staff members who stayed at this house. The house is beautiful and spacious, it was a great fit for our guests. It's close to downtown and in a beautiful neighborhood. I would highly recommend and we will consider it next year when we host our staff members again!

Beautiful home convenient to downtown Fort Collins

We needed a last minute rental for my family and the hosts were extremely accommodating. The property is amazing. It’s even better than the pictures! We enjoyed the spacious master bedroom and our kids loved the downstairs space. The rooftop hot tub was another highlight. The location and neighborhood could not have been better. So many king-size beds!

Stayed here with some co-workers for a conference. The extra king-size beds (as compared to so many rental properties) was a big bonus! The hot tub wasn't working, so that was a disappointment. Clean unit with lots of space.
