We were in Folly Beach for a family wedding weekend, and loved having a spot that our whole family could stay and be together! We weren’t able to enjoy the backyard as it rained the whole time, but the kids enjoyed the screened in patio to play card games & the loft area upstairs was a hit with the video games. We rented a street legal golf cart to drive us all to restaurants, so I highly recommend that. Works great! The home is also within walking distance of downtown Folly (restaurants, bars, shopping, beach); about 10 min walk. Great live music at Chico Feo! If you don’t have a rental car, it’s not a long wait to get Uber rides to take you into Charleston, which is nice. Was also super easy to get groceries and supplies delivered via Uber Eats, so that is also a great way to stock up without much hassle! Sean was a great host, very responsive to some of the issues we ran into, and very accommodating. The master bedroom bathroom is amazing!

The house itself was very nice and the location is great, however the multiple cameras out front and in back made some of our party feel uncomfortable. We also thought it was unusual that we weren't able to go into the garage.

My friends and I had a great time staying at this property! The location is great we were able to take a quick walk to downtown folly to grab food. And the walk to the beach wasn’t too bad! The house has a bunch of activities if you don’t want to go out and a fire pit to enjoy at night!

Frozen Folly

Our group of friends and family met at this house for a reunion of sorts. It was cold and rainy so we spent a lot of time at the house and it was a wonderful space to share. We all slept and showered comfortably. The house was very well stocked for consumables like paper towels and trash bags. We want to come back when it’s warm!

Great place to stay! You can actually enjoy the yard. Most places we’ve stayed the house is great but the yards were over grown, not here. Nice fire pit and a cute little citrus tree. My dad is a carpenter and normally he spends his time finding imperfections, not here! He bragged and bragged on the workmanship of this house. My 3 year old nephew loved the “secret” room on the third level. Who knew a three year old could beat you at foosball!

Fantastic Vaca

We were a party of 5 adults and 4 young children. The house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room. The boys loved the game area loft. Everything was within walking distance and Charleston was a short drive. Even had fireworks on the beach right by the house. Sean was very helpful and guided us through the process of staying here. Will definitely consider this house again.
