The house is directly across the street from the beach and has expansive beach views from the living room and large front porch. The home is perfect for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. You'll never forget the time you enjoyed at "Endless Summer".

Perfect home for our family of ten! Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom - there were plenty of towels, both bath and beach and extra pillows, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked and the view unbeatable! Literally walk across the street lay on the beach. We loved it and would definitely return! Host was very responsive, although we did not need much because everything was covered!We grilled one night in the outdoor bar area on the lower level and was so fun.

This house is in a great location on Folly Beach. The front porch had a line of rocking chairs where you can enjoy a spectacular ocean view. The kitchen area was massive and perfect for our whole family. Before our arrival I had messaged the owner a few times and he was quick to respond. Thank you for providing such a gorgeous place for our family to get together.
Kids enjoyed some of the games provided at the house.
We were all able to eat meals together.

We had an amazing stay at this property and would absolutely give it 5 stars! The location was perfect — close to downtown, yet peaceful with incredible ocean views. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the porch each morning and evening admiring the ocean and surfers.The home itself was spacious and very well set up for groups, with a great covered outdoor area and plenty of indoor space to spread out and relax. A huge bonus was that five of the bedrooms had private bathrooms, which made the stay so comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was also extremely well stocked with ample supplies for cooking and entertaining.Matt was a fantastic host — very accommodating, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place by the ocean!

Awesome house for a family beach trip

We stayed for a long weekend with 11 people and were very comfortable. The weather wasn't great but the front porch allowed us all to sit outside and enjoy the great view of the ocean and all the surfers despite the rain! We loved all the games and the big table inside. Wonderful vacation. Best house we stayed in as a family. Each had teir own room and bathroom . Had a lot of fum using the downstairs. Location to the beach great and loved sitting on the porch watching the surfers. Hope to stay again.
