Mala experiencia para descansar y bañarse

El colchón de la recámara principal esta horrible, no pudimos dormir bien ninguna noche, tiene resortes botados por todos lados, el calentador de agua se apaga y no puede volver a prender, tuvimos que bañarnos algunas veces con agua fría

Florence est belle mais pas le Velluti

L'appartement manquait de beaucoup d'équipement (pas de savon à vaisselle ni de linge pour l'essuyer, pas de guenilles ni de scott towell, etc.). L'air conditionnée fonctionnait à peine et ne rafraichissait pas du tout l'appartement. Rendus près de Florence, de mauvaises indications nous ont été données au téléphone, concernant la possibilité de nous rendre en voiture près de l'appartement pour y déposer nos bagages. Aussi, le stationnement qu'ils nous ont référé était plein. Jamais nous n'avons été avisé de la nécessité de réserver notre place. De plus, une fois que nous avons su qu'il nous fallait une autorisation pour circuler avec la voiture (ce que nous avions fait sur leur avis), ils ont refusé de faire les démarches pour nous procurer l'autorisation auprès de la ville, malgré que nous leur ayons fourni la preuve que c'était la responsabilité des gens qui louent des hébergements (ce que notre hébergement de Sienne a fait pour nous lors de notre séjour). Nous sommes en attente d'une contravention qui devrait nous coûter au minimum 90 Euros. Nous sommes très déçus du service à la clientèle.
