This is a bed an breakfast and not hotel. Location is amazing as you are next door neighbor to the Samta Maria Del Fiore. Luckily we had room in the back and not with a wiew of the church. It is noisy until 2-3 in the morning at the square. It is okay to live here for a night or 2. Breakfast was poor but easy to just walk to one of the bakeries close by to have a good breakfast there.

A lovely stay at this hotel facing the duomo (baptistery side). The room was spacious and can open windows if you want to be part of the action at the square, or close them and they are pretty noise cancelling (of course not fully). There were many musicians playing music in the evening and it was a pleasure to listen to from the room without having to leave! Please note the room is quite basic, it would be nice to spruce it up to feel a bit more cosy/italian (prints, rug, decor, etc). The breakfast was just ok. Overall though I would recommend for a great view!
