The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator (+ half flight of stairs on foot) of a beautiful building in Via dei SetteSanti.
The house consists of a bright living area with large windows and skylights, kitchenette, living room with sitting area or small single bedroom, panoramic terrace over Florence from which you can also delight in the view of the Duomo; bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower.

The house is composed of:
ENTRANCE: in the entrance you will find our notice board with useful telephone numbers, house rules, Wi-Fi passwords and any communications.
KITCHEN CORNER: supplied by refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishes and kitchen textiles, electric kettle, traditional coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses and cups.
LIVING ROOM: illuminated by 3 large skylights, two large sliding windows allow access to the habitable terrace furnished with table and chairs to admire the splendid view of Florence and a glimpse of the Cathedral.
The dining area includes a table with 4 folding chairs, air conditioning, television and DVD player. You can take advantage of our library to relax in the sitting room enjoying a glass of good Tuscan wine or sit on the armchair to contemplate the starry night.
Hallway: small corridor that connects the living area to the sleeping area, two built-in wardrobes.
BEDROOM: large bedroom with double bed, a piece of furniture that can be converted into a single bed, bedside table and small wardrobe.
BATHROOM: a perfect 1970s style toilet equipped with sink, bidet, shower cubicle, bathtub, hairdryer.
BEDS: 1 double bed in the master bedroom, 1 folding single bed in the master bedroom, 1 single bed placed in the sitting area of the living area.
We provide a face towel and a shower towel.
Shampoo, liquid soap and household products.
It is possible to use the bike and parking space for free upon reservation. (Only for small and medium sized cars).

A great option

This apartment was perfect for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood with good access to downtown by taxi or transit. The accommodation is comfortable with a lovely deck overlooking the city. Having a parking spot was very convenient albeit a bit snug.I cannot say enough good things about our host, Denise. She was so helpful in every way. She promptly responded to our every request.I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Wonderful cozy space

We enjoyed the cozy apartment with a beautiful view! There was plenty of room for three adults and it had everything we needed. The host was amazingly helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment. It was in a nice neighborhood and we enjoyed the walk downtown.

Great price older apartment

Getting to the apartment from the train station takes some stamina due to the stairs over the tracks. 8 min walk to the apartment. Wifi was good, it was clean and offered a good place to bed down. We did manage to cook up a meal in the small kitchen. It is quiet. Downside, it is not close to most sight seeing areas, 1.5 miles walk to the hub. You really can only see the domo from one small area on the porch but mostly you see neighbors. If you are tall you need to lookout going to the patio because the building beams goes along the patio wall and is about 5’8” tall. I hung my backpack from a hook so not to hit my head. However we would go back just with different expectations. We took the train most times into town as it was just 7 min to all the busy you want. Felt safe walking and at night.

Top floor apartment with very beautiful view, sleeps six. Nice little kitchen, cute bathroom with separate tub and shower, TV. Close to bus stop. Good price for 5 day stay.

Perfect place to stay in Florence

My wife and I loved this top floor apartment. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Being under a 5 minute walk to the train or bus made it so convenient to get around Florance, and anywhere else we needed. Sitting on the balcony watching the city, drinking a glass of wine or lemoncello, was a great way to relax from a busy day. When we're in Florance again we'll stay here.
