Good location to explore Florence. We asked for extra pillows because 1 is not enough and they were quick to bring these. Good bathroom. A little unsure about some of the plug sockets because they would fizzle when using them, but otherwise it was a good stay.

Amazing hotel room with a beautiful terrace. This is a beautiful hotel with incredible staff. We were upgraded upon arrival to the most beautiful room with decorative frescoes painted on the walls. The space was magical and the kindness of the staff made our stay extra special. Breakfast and the breakfast chef was an added bonus. We would definitly stay here again. Thank you.

We loved our stay in Residenza D’Epoca Pazzo Galletti. The staff were extremely welcoming and walked us to our room and showed us how to use the key, lights and hot water (we have travelled to a few places in Italy during this holiday and no one else provided this attention for us). The rooms are beautiful and bed were very comfy. The location is great, it’s close to restaurants bars and walking distance from the train station. Breakfast was also a lovely addition. 10/10 stay 😊
