We were a party of four perfect location, beautiful apartment, has elevator, 2 bathrooms a plus and 2 bedrooms the only downside we couldn't stay an extra night already booked.

Incredible accommodations in the perfect spot!

Better than expected! The place was perfectly located steps from Ponte Vecchio. The unit was spacious and priced unbelievably. I am already planning a two week return in March. WiFi great! Bathrooms huge! Thank you for making my return trip to Florence amazing.

The photos shown for this property are beautiful I comparison with the real property..the elevator wasn’t working when we got there, had to climb 5 flights of stairs with luggage..no curtains in windows of bathrooms, but what was worse the 3 air conditioners weren’t working and in Florence that day we were at 35•C…it was really suffocating..they sent some ventilators, but didn’t even cool, we had to leave the property that same day, there was no way to sleep there..unfortunately the owner never put himself in the clients point of view..we had to book that same day another hotel, and spend a generous amount

Perfect location for a family visit to Florence! The apartment was just a few blocks from Ponte Vecchio, the main bridge into the center of the city, and within easy walking distance to all the major museums and attractions. There were lots of cafes, small shops, and restaurants close to the apartment, and even a small grocery store. We didn’t need to use a taxi at all during our visit. The apartment was spacious, and the two full bathrooms were super helpful for our family of 4 adults! Would definitely stay there again!

We had a horrible experience with this place. Unfortunately there was issue with the boiler and we were not going to have hot water at all, which we understand these things can happen but how it was handled was totally unacceptable! They offered us a different location which was completely away from this neighborhood we originally selected; we had made plans in advance to have dinner around this neighborhood so it was a major inconvenience. Also when we asked for them to please arrange transportation for us to move to other location they completely declined to do so and told us they would not do that for us. It was 6 adults all carrying luggage’s and the new location was walking distance 25 min away! It ruined all our morning and early afternoon to be honest. Once we arrived to new location we messaged them that we needed shower towels since there was only enough for 3 people and they never delivered the much needed towels! We had to purchase them ourselves. We are a family and group of friends that have traveled all over the world throughout the years and we understand some things are inevitable but the treatment we got was not okay. In the business of hosting people these are things you do as gesture of good hospitality and this was not given to us.
