El apartamento Terrazza de'Medici està mueblado con muebles elegantes y antiguos del 1700 pero està tambièn dotado de comfort modernos. Apartamento de lujo en Florencia.

DESCRICCION: El apartamento tiene 1 habitaciòn, 1 cocina, 1 cuarto de estar, 1 comedor, 1 baño con bañera, un pòrtico, 1 terraza ùnica desde adonde los huespedes pueden gozar de un panorama sobre 5 calles (Via Maggio, via dello Sprone, Borgo San Jacopo, piazza Frescobaldi, Ponte a Santa Trinita), relaxarse o cenar al aire abierta abajo las estrellas. La terraza tiene flores siempre verdes y està cerrada por un pòrtico del 1300. El apartamento fuè la casa de Francesco I de Medici y desde el portico podia obervar la doña amada (Bianca Cappello) che vivia dentro de un palacio en Via Maggio. El palacio fuè construido en 1566 por parte de Buontalenti sobre ordine del Granduca. Es un piso lleno de historia, en el corazòn de Florencia. Apartamento panoramico en Florencia.

Everything was great with this place! We loved the patio! You can look down at all the action from the rotunda room but have plenty of privacy on the patio.

Wonderful Stay

Great jumping-off point for all things Florence. Breakfast on the outdoor terrace was a treat. Furnishing were great. Can't beat for a 2 br / 2 bth in the thick of things.

The apartment is on "the other side" of the river and we couldn't have been happier. Great restaurants and shops and we appreciated Luca's communication and suggestions for the area. We would definitely stay again.

Well, we were in a perfect location for a short term stay in Florence for first time visitors. We could see the Duomo out our window. A washer and a dryer which worked well. Beautiful space, comfortable beds. Luka (Luca?) met us at the apartment, which is a short walk from the train station. Spent a good amount of time with us orienting us to where we were and how to use the doors and the keys and everything. The heater had gone out in the place we had actually rented and this was a different spot, but it turned out to be perfect. We were traveling with a mobility, impaired, but still mobile, person.

Beautiful space conveniently located

This place was a lifesaver for us in Florence. Located right across the bridge from central area, plenty of fantastic restaurants very close. The space is beautiful, clean, convenient. Parking is available in a garage nearby.

Loved this location. Everything you need is steps away. Wish the weather would have cooperated because I really wanted to spend some time on the terrace. Would highly recommend.

What a gorgeous apartment! And it is located in a perfect area for seeing the sites yet still not being totally in tourist hell. Luca was a magnificent host. I can't recommend Terrazza de' Medici highly enough. Ten stars.

Beautiful apartment!

Wonderful location and beautiful historic building. We especially enjoyed the terrace and it's unique sitting room. Would recommend that owners update the kitchen utensils/dishware but otherwise we were very comfortable here for our 6 night stay.

Wonderful unique outdoor space in Florence!

This was such a fabulous place to stay during our time in Florence. The outdoor space allows you to relax after touring the city. The place is clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. It does have traffic noise, but that was easily remedied thru our phones’ sleep app that produces white noise. Love this place!

Location and character

The property is full of character and well-furnished. The lift was non-functional during our stay and there are signs of deteriorating wood on the door shutters and windows in the small conservatory on the terrace - but overall the place is ideally situated, the property manager was quick to reply to inquiries, and our stay was very enjoyable.

Oasis in Firenze!

Our stay at TERRAZZA DE' MEDICI was great! Located right across the river from the heart of Florence within an easy walk of all the top landmarks, with great neighborhood, restaurants all around. It really felt like home! And that little terrace is to die for! I would ask the host for some shampoo and bar soap and if you need to do laundry, remember there isn’t a dryer so allow for time to air dry!

Beautifully appointed apartment with old world charm and modern amenities situated right off Ponte Santa Trinita. The location was central to all the museums and there were several restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk. The outdoor patio was great for nighttime glasses of wine and for people watching. Luca was an accommodating host.

Gorgeous apartment, close to everything

Well-appointed, beautiful apartment right on a busy piazza just a couple of blocks from the river. We enjoyed the combination of modern amenities and updates with old-world charm and artsy touches. Easy walking to loads of cafes, restaurants and museums. Just make sure to bring your earplugs! The square below is a noisy one!
