The listing identified numerous amenity items that we considered when booking that ended up not being present. After informing management agency of the discrepancies, they quickly deflected all blame saying it’s not their issue. Specifics: No washer or laundry facilities as shown in listing. No double pull out sofa bed as shown in listing. No full bath as shown in listing (toilet in 1 bathroom broken/unusable). I’ve requested they consider some compensation, but they are reluctant to offer any kind of assistance. A great location, if you don’t need the amenities they advertise, this is a decent option.

Yes, most welcoming! It was a fabulous and unique stay in the heart of the Firenze area. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, 5 minutes to a self laundry. It was awesome! You are 3 flights up, so with too much luggage not smart.
