We stayed at a junior suite and we were disappointed with amenities. There was no closet for clothes, the folding bed was uncomfortable. We only had 2 towels that we had to use for 3 days. We asked for extra toilet paper & towels but they said that they’ll only drop them off if we pay €15 extra. It was super noisy at night since it’s near a busy street. There were no front desk/staff to help. The woman who answered the telephone initially was rude (owner?), but the person who check us in was nice/ friendly but not too helpful. I don’t recommend this place at all. The food at the bistro/restaurant downstairs was really good, with helpful staff. They helped us get taxis.

The man who greeted us (Oliver?) was very pleasant and throughly made sure we understood all the keys to the place. Most places we went was walkable and there is a bus system right out front. Only downside was no where to store your luggage on the day you check out and stowing place to pay was closed the day we checked out.

The location was excellent, a little noisy from the road traffic but knew when booking it. The apartment itself is nice, light and good fixture and fittings, however the maintenance wasn't so good. We were given the wrong apartment initially and when I said it wasn't like the advert, they said did I not read the description, turned out they had put us in the wrong apartment, but it was sorted. There was no sheets for the sofa bed and would have been a charge to deliver some but they gave us some for free due to the mix up the day before. Surely if you advertise a sofa bed, so it sleeps 4 people, you would provide some sheets as standard. We got locked out (our fault) but we had to get a taxi to the office 4 times as they wouldn't come to us to help, before they sent a locksmith which we had to pay for so turned out expensive with 4 taxi rides on top. We had locked our money and phones in the apartment so had to borrow money off another resident in the apartment to get the taxis, even telling them this, they still wouldn't come to us. On the 5th and 8th day we had cleaners knocking on the door telling us to leave by 10am, but they had the wrong apartment again! Small issue.. no plug in kitchen sink, it stunk, I just covered it as I knew they would charge for a delivery of a plug, but on the last day it came bubbling up with sewage. The apartment itself, I would recommend if you don't require help from the management, they just seemed unhelpful and nobody taking ownership.

The location of the flat is very nice. Not directly in the city center but we could explore the majority of the city by foot. The flat itself has issues. Many thinks are slightly broken or missing. Communication worked but could have been more proactive and detailed. We only stayed for one night and I’m happy about it.
