The apartment is located in the historic center in Oltrarno, the famous district of Piazza S. Spirit.
The square of S. Spirito is a 1 minute walk away and is one of the most typical and lively squares in Florence. Many restaurants and shops of all kinds, wine bars, artisan shops and art studios overlook the square and the cross streets.
Every morning there is the market with typical products.
A stone's throw away, via Maggio and Via dei Serragli, well known for their various high-level antique shops.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, located on two levels which divides the living and sleeping areas.
Not particularly suitable for children, as there is an internal spiral staircase and some steps to access the kitchen.
Stable antique, a mix of antique fixtures with modern furniture that recalls the industrial style.

In 28 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 3 people. Upstairs bedroom on the upper floor, on the mezzanine.

Bathroom located on the ground floor, with shower box, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated on the basis of the number of guests and the number of nights.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for legal purposes only, therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.

The square of Santo Spirito is located a stone's throw from the house and is a magical place to live at all hours of the day: from the morning, when the neighborhood people do their shopping at the market, in the evening, in which the square represents one of the main meeting places for young people in the city.
