Studio apartment in a classic building, built in the early 1900s. Having been renovated recently, this place maintains its original features, while providing the guests with the latest modern comforts, and all the conveniences. Located on the second floor with elevator, 900 meters from the central train station of Santa Maria Novella, and the Cascine Park, it is conveniently connected to all points of interests, and landmarks in florence. A clean, well-lighted studio apartment (flat), which despite being located in the central area, offers true peace, and tranquility, because, in addition to being part of a building with a few residents, it overlooks a quiet courtyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped and consists of an induction hob, a microwave, and a fridge.
There is also an independent heating system, plus LCD-TV, WIFI, and air conditioning.
I am always reachable and will respond to the requests and needs of every guest, both by phone and by email as soon as possible.
Clean bed sheets and linens are always available. You can use washing machine and clothes iron (on request), too.
Reservations are possible -for a minimum of 2 days. On request, luggage pre-check-in and post-check-out are possible. Check-in from 2.00 pm / Check-out before 10.00 am.
Placed near key locations of the city, it is conveniently connected to all points of interests, and landmarks in Florence. Nearby, there are supermarkets, bars, bakeries, restaurants, eateries, pizza restaurants, diners, and just in front of the building, there is a small supermarket open till late. A paid parking lot and a gym are located close to the building as well.
To reach the historic center, you can walk or use the public transportation of the ATAF and other bus companies; the bus stop is right in front of the building. It is also possible to use the Tramvia (the closest stop, Porta al Prato, is less than 500 meters from the building) or go to the Porta al Prato train station.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

We wanted a place that was a short walk to the train station and that is what we got. It’s a mile or so away from the major attractions but only a few blocks from the river. The neighborhood has an international flavor and has a variety of places to eat.

It is a lovely little apartment/room. It’s small but enough for two people. I slept on the single pull out couch, which was very comfortable. My travelling partner slept in the double bed and had no complaints. The location is good. We had everything we needed! We were met on arrival by Francisco's lovely mother who explained everything about the flat. The flat is excellent, good quality fittings, clean, and a comfortable bed. We were allowed to leave our suitcases for a few hours after check out on the last day which was very helpful. We recommend!

Great stay!

The apartment is smaller than other places we’ve stayed but very well laid out and really all you need for 2 people. It is a nicely updated place in an older building. It has air conditioning which is a must in Italy in my opinion since the days are very hot. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from the central area in Florence. We didn’t use public transit but there appeared to be a bus stop on the street/ also a very nice bike path. Overall would recommend staying here!

I loved this home!

Check in was easy, Theresa, met me at the apartment and gave me very good instructions on how to operate the stove and washer/dryer. She gave me a little tour around the flat. I was very comfortable, the bed was perfect for me. Everything you need in a flat. It is also close to groceries, the tram is just a 5 minute walk away and 5 minutes on the tram you are in the Center. Definitely recommend, and when I am next in Direnze, I would definitely stay here again.!

We really did like this place. Getting in was a little confusing but eventually we got it then it was a piece of cake. The unit itself does not have a washer in it like the advertisement states. We went to the laundromat down the street. The only bedding was sheets, no blankets on the bed. This place was very convenient for it’s location

Exactly what we needed for our stay

Great little apartment for myself, my husband and our 13 year old son, very clean and well done out. Bathroom good, beds comfy, didn't cook so can't really comment on the kitchen facilities but all looked good and it was great to have a fridge. Check in went smoothly, did it well before we arrived and the instructions were spot on with photos detailing every step. Communication with the host was also great, very friendly and via what's app. Good WiFi. Location great too, only a ten minute walk into the old town and an absolutely fantastic pizza place around the corner. Would highly recommend!

Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete und funktionell ausgestattete Apartment befindet sich im 2. Stock nach hinten gelegen, daher sehr ruhig. Es ist für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt ausreichend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. 30 min zu Fuß bis zur Piazza Signoria, 15 min zum Bahnhof S-M-N, eine Haltestelle der Tram T2 Richtung Flughafen ist in der Nähe. Für einen Kurzaufentalt in Florenz empfehlenswert.

Ho prenotato la sistemazione per i miei figli. Si tratta di un monolocale ottimo per due persone, adattabile per tre. L'angolo cucina è essenziale, il bagno adeguato, il Wi-Fi funziona. La zona è un quartiere residenziale a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Nella casa c'è un registro degli ospiti pieno di giudizi positivi.
