Toilet clogged & wouldn’t flush. Moved rooms & it had a hole in the ceiling & very noisy on the street side. Asked to move back to origins room use the other toilet until they could fix it the next day as my daughter was ill. While in the shower the door was jammed shut. When I finally did it open it fell in on me & sliced my shin open. Marco was super nice but the other man was rude & sarcastic bringing me literally to tears.

Ruuuuuuun...

I checked out after one hour and half and they don't care to change the room for me. They have under ground rooms ( they were a cellar/ basement) with smell of damp and mold. You are just a number they don't care or even bother to smile. How did they get 3 stars with this type of rooms and services, I do not know.

Worst hotel experience I had in my life.. I wonder how it's rated 3* .. door keys not working, walls was not well painted furniture was very old, no wifi, air condition sound very loud so we couldn't sleep. breakfast very poor.. not recommended at all

We knew when we booked that it was a little way out of the centre. Once we sussed the buses, all was good. It’s a reasonably price hotel and suited our one night stay

We had a late flight and got to the hotel around midnight, we stood outside a locked door for about 35 minutes before the night guy showed up to let us in and brought us to our room without a key which we had to get th he next day. The air conditioning was barely functional and it was over 35 degrees outside and very hot in the room. The door did not close properly without slamming it closed to lock. It was clean, but would not stay again.

Absolutely horrible. I got put in a room next to reception without any sound proofing so I could hear everything that was going on on the ground floor. The air-conditioning didn’t work nor did the plugs in the room. I had to use my portable charger to charge my devices as the staff didn’t have any solution. At night an unbearable humming noise coming from outside the room made it impossible to sleep even for a heavy sleeper like me with earplugs in. The staff refused to change my room saying there was nothing they could do and were very unfriendly. It was so bad that I had to check out of the hotel the next day, never had a worse experience on a holiday ever.

An option but consider your pros and cons.

This was our hotel when we had gotten our other one cancelled. We didn’t get the room we originally paid for and when I said something he corrected himself. It ended up being a complex across the street and down about 200 meters. No elevator. The place was VERY small. Apartment style was very basic and no where near up to date. The stairs were very narrow and steep and were spiral. Make sure you don’t have bad knees when booking this place. The place had NO air conditioning though they say they do but windows did open and at the time of year it still gets down cold at night. No screens in windows and was buggy that night. Bed was rock hard and pillows were thin. The place didn’t look ready to have people. The walls were thin and you couldn’t hear neighbors. But the view in the morning was magnificent with the sun rise. Breakfast was included and basic but good.

Nice cozy place on the top floor. Had a lift and decent shower. Great price, just had to deal with taxis to the old quarter.
