The hotel staff are welcoming, pleasant, helpful and fluent in English. The location is ideal— close to the major attractions. Breakfast is held in a large, beautifully appointed, elegant room. US hotels should do half as well with their self-serve breakfast rooms. Excellent in every way.

Stayed for two weeks! Everything is so close. Convenient store in front of the hotel, restaurants, if looking for Chinese restaurant there is one very close by its called Mili. Train station is 10 mins walk and all museums, shops and Duomo are just few steps away. All staff are friendly and great breakfast as well!
