We stayed here for four nights in the 'Simonetta' room. A stunningly beautiful room, right in the heart of Florence. The hosts, Francesca and Federico, were fantastic and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay. I will definitely try to book here again on my next trip to Florence!

We spent a week at Torre di Conti. after paying over CDN $500/night, we were disappointed. Taking the elevator with the luggage is very hard, since there are steps and the elevator is very small. Everything is adequate, but no more.

Much was positive with one negative. Great location between the Duomo and train station. Very pretty room in an old building. Spotless, comfortable bed. Quality of breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful with arrival later than expected. The negative: Arrival was too late for a usual breakfast order. NO breakfast was available for us the morning after arrival. We would have really appreciated some ordinary items that morning. Altogether a 9/10 experience.

Very central . 2 min walk from the Duomo. Very quiet rooms despite being in the heart of Florence. Very good staff Francesca and her husband! Excellent breakfast! Rooms are art deco and spacious. Bathroom is slightly old and had a leak in the shower cubicle which was repaired promptly. No slippers or hand lotion/ conditioner provided. All in all excellent property if not exceptional’ The lift is very tiny - can only fit one person with a suitcase or 2 people on their own without luggage

This family run BnB is perfect for visiting Florence. The location is centrally located and the room was very quiet although it was on the main street. The room was renovated and the AC worked well. The breakfast very nice as well. I highly recommend this BnB with not a single complaint…even being as picky as I am!

Perfect, Helpful hosts, cleaned daily with in-room coffee in a nice sized, comfortable room with balcony. Our hosts helped point us in the right direction each morning as they are extremely familiar with Florence and know the immediately surrounding shops and vendors. They are in a perfect location to a wide variety of dining.

Perfect stay for family of 4

Federico and Francesca are the best hosts ever. Room was clean and very comfortable. AC system struggles a little bit in the summer months, but the ceiling fan makes up for it. Breakfast was soooo good, with a nice view of the varanda. I’ll recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay at the heart of Firenze.

We loved our stay here in Florence. The rooms are so lovely and the people were wonderful. Amazing breakfast and toiletries on hand. The lift/elevator was a tight fit for our over packing, but that was our fault. It’s close to everything and above Starbucks. I’ll definitely stay again.
