The private home provides very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The owner is very helpful meeting your needs. Nice ,safe and quiet area but away from restaurants shopping etc.

Look somewhere else

The hotel made a mistake regarding reservation. After a long trip to Florence, we were unable to enter to hotel and called the owner for over an hour before one of the owners stumbled into the building asking us who we were. We told him that we had booked and paid for a stay, yet he was completely unaware of this. After double-checking, he confirmed that we indeed had paid, but that there were no rooms left. He called a friend who had a hotel roughly 1.5 KM away and we walked to another part of town to stay there. The hotel we stayed at was in much worse quality than what we had paid for, as was evident on the second day when we returned to Barbera to find out that the room was far more clean than the hotel we were forced to stay at. It's good that they found a solution for us, but the added stress, unresponsiveness to calls, and no compensation prevents me from recommending this place to anyone.

Ottima esperienza, cortesia al top

La proprietaria è una gentilissima signora molto disponibile. Si sono resi disponibili ad effettuare il check-in in un posto più vicino e comodo per noi, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli fini al pomeriggio e ce li hanno portati in un posto a noi comodo per il ritiro. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, il B&B è facilmente raggiungibile in tram, i quali passano praticamente ogni 5 minuti.

L'host è una persona davvero gentile e accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La stanza era davvero molto bella, pulita e ben curata. Tutto è pensato anche per le norme di igiene volute dal periodo attuale, cosa che ritengo davvero importante. Inoltre l'alloggio è in un'ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla tramvia, utile a raggiungere il centro di Firenze in pochi minutil.
