Host was great at communication property instructions and directions. He was also flexible allowing us to drop off our luggage into the apartment prior to check in time... this was a real plus! Beware if you are booking apt#2 as you have to climb steep set of very narrow stairs. Once inside, the property is clean and comfortable for a family. The real issue is that there is one of the rooms that does not have a/c unit and depends on the living room unit to provide cooling. We were desperately hot and host claimed that by government rule we couldn't lower a/c below 24 degrees celsius. I researched and this was a 2 year old rule only applicable to government buildings. He eventually allowed for units to be adjusted to 22 degrees celsius and per our request he provided a table fan, which made it a bit more bearable. Also there are huge mosquitoes inside the property, we received instructions at the beginning thar we should buy repellent plugs as part of our stay. Needless to say that the mosquitoes had a feast with the five us! All in all goos property, good host , but cooling for second room and mosquitoes, must be addressed!

Great location

Very good location in the centre of Florence, but because of that a little noisy at night - street noise! Would have liked a sofa or something comfortable to sit on, but overall a very good stay.

Avoid if possible, NOT recommended

First - the positives. The location was great - near alot of shops, food, and train station. Though we were given a number that was out of service, check in was smooth and we received alot of information to make our stay worthwhile in the city. However, this was not a comfortable stay for us. Overall we were not happy with our stay and would NOT recommend it to others. First, we were cold and not given the remote for the individual heating in the rooms even after asking. Second, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Bunk bed was squeaky and all the mattresses felt like you were sleeping on rocks, no exaggeration. The place was too small for 5 adults and would be better for a couple with 2 kids maybe. The couch was also dirty. Overall we enjoyed our time in Florence but wish our accommodation could have been better. We will NOT be back to this apartment.

Check-in on line difficoltoso. Poco chiaro il costo. Zona rumorosa già dal mattino presto per via della vicinanza al mercato, nonostante finestre chiuse. Appartamento caldo ma fortunatamente provvisto di aria condizionata. Supermercati vicino, comodo per il centro e la stazione. Posizione ottima.

All necessary things were available: a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, hot water, air conditioner. The apartment is close to the railway station as well as to all Florence place to visit.

Grazioso appartamento in centro

Appartamento bivani più servizi, piccolino ma efficiente e confortevole. Adatto un po' a tutti, posizione strategica in centro a Firenze a pochi passi dai più importanti monumenti. Migliorerei la doccia, mettendo una cabina. Personale gentile.
