This modern villa features plenty of space for you and your loved ones! Gather in the spacious game room and your own sports bar! Kick back in the brand new home movie theatre streaming your favorite movies and enjoy being nestled beneath the trees in the spacious outdoor living areas. Soak in the outdoor hot tub, grill on the back porch and enjoy dinner beneath the open sky!

Most noteworthy at Mills Gap Garden is that the top floor is its own private master suite! Have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset from your own private balcony. You can choose to quietly read a book in the sitting area, which doubles as an additional bedroom, or take your time in the master bathroom as you take a respite from the hustle and bustle of traveling with a large group. The shower also doubles as a Mr. Steam sauna!

The main level also has plenty of space to spread out in various gathering areas. Cook a fabulous meal in the well-appointed kitchen and dine together serving your food by the large buffet next to the dining table. You can even bring the meal outdoors to dine al fresco in this quaint patio with outdoor dining area. After dinner, you can take your drinks to the lounge area adjacent to the kitchen and play a game of darts. Sleeping areas on this level include a Queen bedroom and another bedroom with 4 bunk beds and 2 floor mattresses.

And, of course, the late-nighters can take it down to the sports bar, movie theatre and game room on the lower level. This lower level boasts several sleeping options. There is a King bedroom thoughtfully decorated. The sitting area doubles as a sleeping area and has a new Queen sofa bed! Right off the entryway, a private bunk bed nook is the perfect spot for the kids to have their own fun space to retire.

One cold place

Very disappointing trip. The heater was broke. The host didn’t care. Had to try to warm a 4000 sq ft home with space heaters. House never got warmer than 69 and that was because we were cooking. Master bedroom fireplace didn’t work. The hot tub cover was a tarp and the water was Luke warm. The electric breakers tripped and I had a hard time finding the breaker box and then after I reset the breakers the refrigerator went out and after resetting the breaker again it did start back. I cant get the host to respond. This house is on the market and possibly under contract and I just don’t think he cares. My family Christmas trip was ruins and now my84 year old mother is getting sick from being in this cold house for 3 nights with temps down into the 50’s inside the home. So disappointed

Perfect stay

Our grouo of 13 adults had a great stay at this property! Beautiful house, multi-level, variety of sleeping options, variety of outdoor settings, and an awesome game/theater room. 20 mins to Asheville, only issue we had was couple of the Uber drivers had a hard time locating property, when using their uber map. Google map takes you right there! Def book again!!

We loved the house!!! We had a lot of people stay here but because of the layout of the house and the spaciousness of it, we never felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of room for everyone. We absolutely loved it and would recommend it to family and friends.

Amazing home and stay

We had an incredible time in Fletcher/Asheville, and this home was perfect for our group of friends that stayed with us. The owners were extremely responsive and went above and beyond in their communication to us both leading up to the stay and during it. I highly recommend, and likely will be booking here again in the future!
