The dining area chairs had a considerable amount of stains on them and the laundry room had a lot of walk-through dirt on the floor but other than that, it was fine. I didn’t use those amenities but just walking by and seeing them it did catch my eye.

This hotel is definitely showing its age. The room was dated and had a slight cigarette smell despite being advertised as non-smoking. The bed was extremely firm and not very comfortable. The staff were okay—nothing particularly good or bad to report. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but I was glad we were only there for one night.

The hotel was fine. The outside is older could use a little updating but the rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was a little limited because they don't have a kitchen on site to service hot food but they had egg biscuits, oatmeal that could be heated in the microwave and a waffle machine. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Because of where the hotel is located, we were able to take back streets to and from the WNC fair grounds / airport to the hotel and bypass all the nasty traffic in the area. We would stay here again.

Facility is maintained well. Bathroom floors and outlet fixtures could use some extra care. I had on white socks and tile lines left dark lines on the bottom of my socks. Other than that, I slept well. It was easy to access and close to a lot!
