Anything I would complain about isn't really a complaint. Do I love taking baths? Yes, but when the water pressure is as strong as it is at this hotel, I'm going to take a shower (but still bemoan not having tubby time, because I'm a whiny little b*tch). Their makeup removing wipes? Honestly the best I've ever used, and I'm now upset that I will forever be disappointed with the ones I have at home. Surprise period late at night when you didn't pack any supplies because you weren't supposed to have it for weeks? They will hook you up with tampons AND they have cookies. My final "complaint": the blinds are so good that you can keep your room darker than the underworld at all times. This room was so peaceful I might have slipped into a coma overnight for how well I slept. Honestly, if I didn't respect this place for what a great job they do, I'd probably make my husband steal one of their pillows because my head has never been so content. They have breakfast but I can give zero details on that because I slept so well that I didn't make it downstairs until after 2 PM. Giving it 5 stars because I can only assume they can do no wrong. Definitely stay here if you get the chance, and please give me details on their pillows if you're in their inner circle. Also, Mudpuppies is super close by and has great staff, delicious food, and great drinks.

This hotel is right across the street from the Asheville Airport. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable (on the firm side if you like that). We didn't have breakfast, but the coffee was great.

READ RHIS BEFORE BOOKING. I woke up at 2:00 am itching and when I turned the light on I had bits all over my body. When I pulled the sheet back exposing the mattress I found bed bugs, which until this point I had never seen. I caught one in a napkin and checked online and sure enough that’s what it was. I dressed and went to the front desk and upon showing it to the cheek and all my bites, I was told there was nothing she could do til the manager got there the next morning. I asked for another room and was told there wasn’t any ( I later found out that wasn’t true.). I asked for cleaning supplies and was told they were locked up and she didn’t have the key. I remember the hotel had a guest laundry so I decided to wash all my clothes but the door marked laundry which was open, turned out to be the hotel service laundry but there were cleaning supplies, so I took bug spray and cleaner. The clerk then yelled at me to get out of there. I showed her what I found and that I would return them when I cleaned the room. She then told me she was calling the police . Which she did and a half hour later after I had cleaned the room the police showed up and I was forced to leave. It was just above freezing at 3:30 am and I was on a motorcycle. After trying four hotels all booked since it’s leaf season I gave up and rode an hour away to another hotel. I was called by the manger the next day apologizing since the whole thing was on video and the clerk never told her what was happening.
