The spa-like bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a gas tankless hot water system for endless hot water. In the custom kitchen, you’ll find a double-bowl farm sink, commercial-style gas range, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, a Keurig, toaster, and KitchenAid mixer. Outdoors, enjoy the 40' deck with both open and covered seating areas. The covered space offers seating for four and a 50" TV. A Charbroil grill provides a traditional grilling section, flat-top surface, and pizza stone.
