Loved all the amenities! Had a great time playing, foosball, pickle ball and ping pong. Spa and pool were definitely used, too. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed.

We had an amazing few days with our children and grandchildren! The home and property were perfect for our large family with the ability to spread out! The pool and Pickleball courts were a huge hit for us! Communication with the renter was amazing. We will definitely consider rebooking next summer! It was everything we needed and wanted!

Wonderful stay

Home was huge and very well appointed. All kinds of activities for kids and adults. Kitchen had every utensil and appliance we needed, with a huge freezer and refrigerator! Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Everything was great, only one minor hiccup and that was it was too cold out for the pool to be heated, but they promptly refunded our pool heating fee.

Amazing Spring Break at the beach

House was all we could ask for our large family. close to wonderful beach park and loaded with things to do. Owner was extremely responsive and VERY helpful. We will be back.

Great property!

We had a fantastic time at this large, beautiful home. Incredibly clean and well stocked. The only negatives were that the owner doesn’t allow you to use the pool after 10pm (our teenagers wanted to night swim) and you had to drive to the beach. Otherwise everything was very nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This estate is absolutely lovely! It’’s spacious and comfortable. The view is breathtaking. The communication with the owner was always timely. This will always be our first choice when visiting Daytona.

Excellent Home

Great property with amazing space and amenities! The bedrooms are huge, the property is huge, and everything is beautiful. The property managers took care of everything and went above and beyond. The beach is awesome as well, not crowded for spring break, and the restaurants in town were also really good. Highly recommend!

Great Retreat

I used this location as a professional retreat for my team and the house was perfect. Enough things for us to do in the off times and enough space to spread out as we did planning for the upcoming year. Proximity to restaurants, grocery and other amenities is exactly what you'd expect and communication with the property owner was quick. Thank you for a great week.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing time being all together with our children and grandchildren in this wonderful home. The house is clean and very well supplied with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances. There was also a large supply of beach necessities, and a nice beach wagon which made it so easy carting our things to the beach. The pool was definitely a plus! The owner was very responsive to any questions during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home, and I can’t wait to go again!

Pops 90th Birthday

We have a family of 10 people stay very comfortably for a long weekend. The house and grounds are fresh and well maintained. The pool area and deck were where we spent a large part of our time. It was clean, and easy to use. The kitchen was very well stocked and a pleasure. We would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you.
