The natural stone heaters installed in the apartment are powered by the self-produced electricity, the temperature is controlled automatically. In the whole apartment there are W-LAN and LAN connections with up to 90MBit/s transmission speed.
The apartment, modernized in 2021, can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a fitted kitchen with stove, oven dishwasher, small appliances and a fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and hairdryer. In the bedroom there is a double bed 180x200 with a large closet. In the study there is a sofa with sleep function and a corner desk with office chair.
