Was supposed to stay at mandalin apartment owner moved us to his other hotel which was quite a long way from our friends and didn't even ask if it was ok

It's actually an apartment, the person who we talked with came from another place very quickly. Totally new apartment very clean just one of our sheets was wet we couldn't use it. A lot of kitchen equipments available.
