It is beautifully decorated. Its within the medina walls but a very quiet section. I found the staff a but frustrating. I think they were trying to be hospitanke but we were arriving late and leaving early so we just wanted to get into our room and then leave quickly in the morning. I think the staff were very friendly and kind but they didnt gwt werl were rushing to meet our transfer.

Excellent but .....

The location is terrible didn’t kniw, we had tp park in very nerriw road that cause our car damaged as we are not use to drive in such dmall roads. Coming ti place is cozy, ckean, stuff very friendly and helpful, the other down side was the toiket door maje the loudest noise when u open or close so at nights was waking the whoke family up. Breakfast was less than expected or we weren't lucky enough to find what we were expacting as Moroccan Breakfast been told each day is different menu.

This is a gem in Old Town. Mohammad is the manager and he answered all of our questions. All staff including Ahmad, other Mohammad and shab were nice. It has elevator for the rooms on the second floor. The rooms have high ceilings. The Riad is about 86 years old. There was a covered garage very close to the Riad to park your car but it was full over the two nights that we stayed there. We had to park in the street which is safe and common. The breakfast was delicious with omelet, scrambled and some other options.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was incredibly helpful. The manager arranged Kacem as our travel guide and we highly recommend him. He was awesome, took us around the city and showed us beautiful places that we couldn’t have found ourselves. Definitely ask for him, if you visit.

our family loved this hotel experience the most of our two week trip. The owner, who is charm personified, has spent a lot of time, energy and money into rebuilding this traditional Riad into an eye popping beauty. Fez is quite a challenging city as a tourist and it was lovely to have a haven to return to. Mohamed as waiter and immediate friend who lives near the blue gate, was always upbeat and willing to go the extra mile. Cant say enough positive things about this hotel - the dinner the first night we agree was one of the best of the entire two weeks - which is saying a lot for Morocco. Just a dream stay.

Décevant pour un 5 étoiles Nous avons indiqué dès notre 1er nuit que dans la douche de la salle bain l’ecoulement était pratiquement inexistant réponse ne vous inquiétez pas nous allons voir cela et puis mettez des serviettes de toilette car elles sont changées tout les jours ( ce qui n’a pas été le cas) Chambre sur le patio très bruyante Très déçu et ne mérite pas une telle classification

Amazing raid, amazing staff great food. Mohamed was amazing and always smiling. My wife loved the moroccan biscuit that was given to us when we arrived and Mohamed always gave us some. Mohamed even got my wife the recipe from the chef. 10 out of 10 i would definitely come back.with my wider family

We loved our stay at this riad. Its so beautiful and they treat the guests extra nice. They have a restaurant and the food is good. We ate pizza, chicken bruschettas and my husband had the lamb with couscous and it was so delicious. The breakfast was great. Would recommend this Riad. There is a parking spot 2 min walk.

Riad súper ubicado a cuadras del ingreso de Bab Ziat, y a 500 metros caminando al centro de la Medina y puerta azul. Su atención increíble, sobre todo de los sereur que atienden, atentos a todo. El riad está acomodado y para la época ah AC es primordial! Súper estancia
