The accomodation was perfect, the service was extremely kind, helpful and quite. The rooms were big, confortable, clean and well equiped. The breakfast was very good with a huge variety of choices (mermelade, honey, cheese, croissants, fresch orange juice, coffee, milk, etc). They offer you the possibility of paying by credit car and cash (dh or euros). You can book any excursion or taxi from the hotel. They have a nice terrace with panoramic views and it is a good place to rest. We are very happy and we strongly recomend it!

The rooms and suites were a dream! Majid, Fatima, and Zakaria were SO welcoming. I felt like a queen while I was there. Breakfast was delightful and our stay was memorable! The location is wonderfully quiet but still close to the bustle of Tallaa Saghira and Tallaa Kabira. Everyone was willing to give us recommendations about restaurants, sites, and tour guides.

We spent one night at the end of January 2018. The staff was very nice and the food was tasty, the owner was very helpful and organised a city tour for us. I’m not sure the guide was an official one (we asked for one but did not check his tag, which he did not show) but he was very professional. We said no shopping, we received no shopping. He brought us to a great place to see the tanneries and every show owner we met did not insist when we said no thanks. The riad is nicely located, easily accessible with the car and with a closed garage (50 dhs/night) just next door. Would definitely recommend

I was in this Riad for 2 nights. The location is good. 12 minutes on food from Bab Boudlouj. Cosy rooms with a great terrace with views over all the city. Very taste tea and great breakfast. Fatima, the receptionist is an amazing woman, with an eye to detail. She was always helpful. 100% recomendable, buena localizacion desayuno, vistas y personal!.

This was our first experience in a Riad and I must say we were thoroughly impressed. Although it was located in the Medina, it was easy enough to get to. Our room overlooked the courtyard where we had breakfast every morning. The staff were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. On the day of our departure, we were leaving early in the morning. Once we informed the staff, breakfast was ready when we got down. I would definitely stay at this Riad again.

We were greeted with a delicious Moroccan tea and then taken to the room. Although it wasn't the room we have booked originally it was still spacious and cosy. We had stayed in there for just a couple of days but we were feeling relaxed and welcomed. Fatima was really helpful by calling the other Riad in Marrakesh for us. All together we were super happy with the service. Highly recommend.

The Riad was very beautiful and tranquil from the inside. It was right in the middle of the medina. We had a lovely stay. The courtyard where dinner and breakfast was served was very nice as well. The food was delicious and the service provided was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and treated us like family. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever in Fes again.

We loved this riad, lovely atmosphere, pleasant and helpful staff, in a great area. Bit of a walk from road to hotel but worth it. All the rooms that we saw were lovely. Our room, called Ambre, had some issues. The shower didn't work properly, the water pressure was too low so when lifting shower head to head height, the flow would divert back to bath faucet. This room is really for families, there is a main bedroom and separate room with 3 small beds. It was very cold in the 3 bed room. Breakfast is served in the indoor courtyard, very cold in January but they do have space heaters. Breakfast consisted of different breads, olives, juices and jam. We don't recommend the Ambre room but all the others that we saw looked lovely with big bathrooms and comfortable beds. There is no elevator so be prepared to climb some stairs.

we stayed at this riad for 3 nights. we arrived pretty late around 9 pm and the man working checked us in right away and gave us complementary tea and cookies even at that time. the riad and decor is very pretty and traditional. Fatima is very nice and helpful. the staff is friendly and willing to help with anything you need. the medina is only a few minutes away by walk. the new city is only a few minutes by taxi. we loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting fes.

We found this place purely by chance on NYE when everything else was booked and we had been scammed by our other hostel. They welcomed us in to a beautiful room and were so kind and sincere. Amazing people and place, I'm so grateful we found it!
