Difficult to find; woke us up at night

Hotel was very difficult to find The Hotel staff woke us up at around midnight to notify us that breakfast was outside the door The Hotel staff who picked us up was very nice and showed us our way to the hotel and chased away the group of kids following us.

No es hotel, como mucho hostal de camino

Tuvimos muchísimos inconvenientes con este lugar. La presentación de la pagina es engañosa. No es hotel, si acaso hostal o riyad. Le pongo media estrella como máximo. Lugar caótico, habitaciones feas y ruidosas. No funcionaba el calentador de agua en el baño, tampoco el TV. De milagro lograron encontrar el mando remoto del aire acondicionado o nos habríamos cocinado en esa habitación. Y eso que saqué la mejor de todo el sitio. En el sitio había muy poca gente hospedándose, y es totalmente entendible pues es un sitio muy despedido. El staff intenta ser amable pero no compensa lo caído que está. Nos ofrecieron desayuno al día siguiente, pero cuando nos levantamos a las 8 am no encontramos a una sola persona del staff del hotel, parecía que lo hubieran abandonado! A las 9:30 am nos fuimos sin despedirnos de nadie ni hacer check out porque no había nadie. Lo PEOR de todo: terminamos pagando dos veces esa única noche en Erraha porque ellos no tienen sistema y no sabían que yo ya había pagado la noche previamente! De tal suerte que tuvimos que pagar de nuevo los 70 euros. Fue una estafa! No vaya a este supuesto hotel y definitivamente no lo pague anticipadamente.

For me, the location of the hotel couldn’t be better; it’s just in front of the Blue Gate (the most commonly used entrance to the medina), so you have the medina at hand but don’t need to be inside the maze if you don’t want to. The people who work at the hotel are more than kind; they make you feel taken care of. Mohamed (the manager) solves everything you need; Miriam (the owner) is super cool, Leila and Aziza (the ladies in charge of cleaning and cooking) are extremely sweet. Really loved staying at Hotel Erraha.

Der Ausblick auf die Altstadt war sehr schön und die Lage war gut. Auch wenn es nachts ein wenig laut war. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Ubytování se nachází přímo u vstupu do mediny. V posledním patře je bezvadná restaurace se super výhledem, jedli jsme večeři i snídani a obojí bylo super. Personál je velmi vstřícný a nápomocný. Určitě bychom se sem ještě vrátili. Pokoj byl menší, klasifikovala bych ho tak na přespání, ne na delší pobyt.
