My place is close to public transport, shopping 10 min to Chur, ski hills Brambruesh (10 mins) or Flims/Laax (20 mins), Valbella/Lenzerheide (20 mins). You’ll love my place because it is a brand new (180 sq m) open concept home on 3 levels Highest rated energy efficient home with privacy blinds in all rooms and is surrounded by mountains. Close to the city but far enough to feel like you're in the country. My place is best for couples, business travellers or families with children over 12.
The space
House very open concept,large Windows very roomy and great view to local Mountains all around. Easy access to local Ski and summer Resorts like Lenzerheide, Flims, Laax, Davos and Arosa. Chur oldest City in Switzerland with Unique old inner City only 5 min away. Shopping and much more.

Great house - facilities were first class. We had a great stay. The underground carpark and access to the property made our stay very easy. The space available inside and quality in the amenities were greatly appreciated after all our outings. Thank you Marcel.

Apartment was very clean, spacious and as described on web. Communication with host very prompt and clear. Pleased we chose to be in Felsberg as only 5 min train into Chur in a quiet location.

Das Haus war super-toll ausgestattet und alles top in Ordnung. Kontakt war jederzeit prima und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Haus hat keinen festen Parkplatz und wenn man mit dem Auto anreist ist es nicht ideal. Es gibt in etwa 100m Entfernung drei öffentliche Parkplätze, und wenn die belegt sind, dann ist erst ein paar Minuten Fußweg weiter ein (kostenpflichtiger) Parkplatz. Ansonsten vielen Dank an Marcel für die schöne Zeit!
