I cleaned the room myself. My toliet disnt work for the first 2 nights. The staff she told me i have to wait until monday to get the toliet fixed. Then i was told i had to remove all the trash from the room before i left or they would charge me to clean the room. I only found this out the 2nd to my last night.... i was there for a week. The big reason for staying here was the convenience they said to have but i only got a small bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap. Everything else usually available at hotels was avaliable at a price usually starting at $5 each. Also the bugs, and hair were everywhere when i checked in. I dont think housekeeping cleans and the maintenance person wet my things fixing the toliet which was really gross. So unless you want to clean, buy everything, and have staff give you the run around dont stay here. Seriously i wish i remembered her name only 1 staff member was helpful. Sorry girl im going to call you "K". Thank you for sending someone to fix the toliet and make it flush for me.

customer service was horrible. Staff doesn’t show any manners. Specially, the assistant manager rooms need to be clean a little more as a customer. I had to bring down dirty towels and take out my own trash. Will not recommend to anyone.

Only critique this go round is to have a backup plan for room key system if & when it goes down. The staff was so nice & it was on a weekend. No one could come out to fix it; but they tried their best to accommodate everyone.

The room smelled really weird, I was on the first floor. It smelled musty and damp. I don't know what it was. The pool was nice. The shower situation was not as expected, make sure to bring your own toilet trees i thought they would have shampoo and all that stuff but they did not but i guss thats on me. They also didn't have a hair dryer but i guss with how cheap it was i got what i paid for lol.

My fiancés speaker was stolen out of his locked car in the parking lot. The dishwasher in the unit does not work. The water pressure in the shower is very weak. The water just drips down out of the shower head. You have to be nearly on the wall to get wet. Not enough water pressure to even wash the shampoo out of my hair or soap off. There is a big crack in the shower tile.
