Optamos por nos hospedar neste hotel por já conhecermos a rede Ibis e confiarmos no padrão de qualidade dos serviços, inclusive indicando o hotel para familiares e amigos. Infelizmente, nossa experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Desde a chegada, o atendimento prestado pelos funcionários foi inadequado, com atitudes grosseiras, falta de educação e total ausência de cordialidade. Em nenhum momento demonstraram interesse em nos acolher ou resolver as situações apresentadas, sendo pouco solícitos e nada resolutivos. Mesmo tendo avisado com antecedência, os noivos foram acomodados no menor quarto do hotel, apesar de haver outros quartos vagos. A justificativa foi de que os quartos maiores estavam sujos, pois a equipe de limpeza não conseguiu realizar a limpeza a tempo, o que consideramos inaceitável. Ressalto que nos dispusemos a pagar por um quarto maior, mas ainda assim não houve qualquer esforço para solucionar o problema. Outro ponto grave foi a falta de ética de alguns funcionários, que chegaram a fazer comentários negativos sobre outros hóspedes que haviam se hospedado anteriormente, demonstrando despreparo e desrespeito. Além disso, o café da manhã apresentou qualidade inferior ao padrão que já vivenciamos em outros hotéis da rede Ibis, ficando muito aquém do esperado. Diante do ocorrido, saímos extremamente frustrados, pois a experiência não condiz com a reputação da marca. Esperamos que esta manifestação seja analisada com seriedade e que providências sejam tomadas

O quarto é bem limpo. Porem nos dias q precisamos de limpeza foi um fiasco. Nao varrem o chao, apenas tiram o lixo e trocam as toalhas. Estava com vazamento no banheiro q molhava as toalhas, mesmo apos avisar na recepção 2 vezes o problema continuou. Simplesmente... procurem outro!
