We were beyond pleasantly surprised when we saw our room and all the accommodations provided for us...plus, complimentary water, cookies and a bowl of fresh oranges! Our hostess, Abigail, and her staff were beyond accommodating. We were walking distance to restaurants and shops and the bus/train depot. Plus, there was a washer and dryer on the premises which made it so convenient for us since we were traveling for a month and needed to wash our clothes every couple of days. The hotel we're staying in now doesn’t even come close to Coreal Suites. There was everything you needed in our room, our fully stocked kitchen utensils and dishes and a great shower! I want one in my home! When i return to Faro, this is the only place i will stay at. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

This has been the most amazing perfect place to stay. We were allowed early checkin due to room being available. On arrival we were given information about what we could do, and where everything was in the area,, instructions fir room facilities etc. There was complimentary water, fruit and cookies. Room was a really good size. There is a little communal courtyard outside whereI you could sit and another communal area where there are books. I could not fault this place. Communications with Claudia was always quick and responsive. Place was so close to everything. It is the first place i have ever stayed at that exceeded my expectations highly recommended and definitely a place i would come back to.

Very clean and spacious apartment

The apartment is exactly the same as described. The property management team maintains the apartments very well, all are very clean and im good conditions. The apartment is spacious, especially the living room and the bathroom. During check-in, Claudia was so nice to provide many travelling information. She closely communicated with me before and during our stay. The apartment is in a convenient location, just few minutes walks to the old town. There is a family resturant nearby named Taberna Zé-Zé and their cataplana tastes really good. The Algarva is such a beautiful area of Portugal. Hope will visit Faro and stay at the Cardeal Suites again.

Beautiful Property

We loved the property and the manager. The apartment gets a 5++ rating. The neighborhood feels a littte unsafe at first but that soon goes away. Good security gate and the apartment was wonderful. Lots to do in the area (both land and sea).

The Cardeal Suites & Apartments is a quiet oasis, located in an average Faro neighbourhood. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the shopping/restaurant district and 10 minutes from the historic downtown. Claudia, the property manager is super helpful and informative. Our room was super comfortable and well set up for an extended stay. The inner courtyard was quiet and also a beautiful setup. Faro was one of our favourite places to visit and we will come back to the Algarve for a longer stay next time. There are many restaurants and a pedestrian only commercial area within 10 minute walk.The area around the hotel is undergoing a rebuild and was safe and quiet after dark when we went out for late dinner. The people on staff were friendly and cheerful and Claudia even sent photos of the parking & entrance to make sure our check in went smoothly. Can't say enough good things about this location!

The apartments are wonderful, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff, particularly Claudia and Abigail, were very helpful and gave us lots of tips and ideas of what to do during our brief stay. Will come back again and would definitely recommend.
