Excellent service and the staff is awesome. The Palacio is beautiful and at a wonderful location. Thank you to the entire team!
Such a beautiful property and amazing staff! The room was huge and they made us comfortable with good accomodations for our kids. Thee breakfast spread was big and we tasted many delicious Portuguese varities in addition to usual breakfast fare. We will definitely come back again!
We visited during the off-season (November), and the hotel was empty and many of the local restaurants were closed. The hotel staff was helpful, the indoor garage was convenient, and the building and surroundings were evocative and beautiful. The only weak point was dinner, which we found to be less than stellar. [One plate which did not at all resemble the description in the menu was refused --- but quickly replaced was another order.] The front desk staff made some excellent recommendations regarding stops enroute to our next destination, and the experience overall was excellent.
We stayed here during the second half of our honeymoon in Portugal. It's a beautiful hotel located in a quiet, charming little town. Our room had a private outdoor space, and we could see over the valley. It was lovely to eat breakfast there every morning (which they will bring to you for a small fee). Estoi itself doesn't have much going on, but you're an easy drive from places like Faro, Tavira and Almancil. We felt that considering the size of the hotel, it was a wee bit understaffed. But the staff that was there were great and very accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.
