I picked LA Quinta because they where pet friendly.my family and I have to stay at separate places because there's no it enough room for me where they stay. We are waiting for our next home to get finished and we will all be back together. I've been here 4 two & half months and spent lots of money and earned alot of points. I miss spending my nights with my family and its hard some times. I decided to cash in some points on a suite for us so we can be together and I was excited. It was a disaster and delt with rude management. The room was grossly filthy and the mattress for my kids to sleep on was distgusting with what looked like women's menstal stains and big bright yellow pee stains. It was cold in the room due to broken heater and expose holes in the wall. I was o disappointed in what they considered loyalty was a insult. We were movedv to a smal room with 2 beds which means no privacy for my wife and I . we didnt get to relax and finally got to bed at2:30 am. The next day they gave us a double room with doors that opened and closed that separated the rooms for privacy. Well it wasn't a suite but again by the time we moved back out of the small room into the new doubleit was 2:30 pm and we still have had no quality time together. At 8:30pm then electric went out in our room and the heater wasn't working again . every time I would confront management h would get upset that I complained and at one point told me I hurt his feelings and was mad at me. REALLY? I feel embarrassed for bringing my fa!ily here and I didn't get my time I wanted with both my wife and with my kids that I wanted but still I was charged my points and money for the weekend. LA Quinta took omeething from me that meant a lot and I feel they should have compt me for it . I took lots of video to share with the local media (although i havent shared it yet) in exchange for not offering something better or more for this. The maids said theymhad no money for detergent to wash linens with due to a 500 dollar budget a month and obviously the manager is not fit for this job and not a great Leader to these workers. He's more friends to some then he is boss and that doesn't work well in business. The carpets through out are filthy the stairs are nasty.there's no vending machines, the windows are dirty. I still stay due to me having a pet but she never makes a mess in the room and its nonlky for another couple weeks. I bought my own cleaning supplies to keep my room fresh. I have video.
We stayed here one night while passing through. Staff was friendly, facilities were clean. There were plenty of towels (I hate having to ask for towels). It was quiet at night and we were able to get a good night's sleep. I would recommend staying here.
We were going to visit relatives in Arkansas and this location was perfect for a stopping point if you were leaving in the late afternoon. The room was very clean and the receptionist was very nice. Although breakfast was included we opted to go next door at Bob Evans. Only complaint was the limited parking available when getting there in the late evening.
Good location only 30 minutes from St. Louis. Great staff very friendly. Rooms were clean and great breakfast. I stayed at other places that offer breakfast and you only get cereal and toast but not here. There was plenty of hot items like eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Cost was reasonable. Very happy with my accommodations. Would stay here again when I'm in town.
Expertly run. Tiffany and Bryant were as good as it gets. I enjoyed the seating in the lobby for business meetings. Not much more can be done to make a guest comfortable. Been an excellent trip and I will be back!
I paid for a non-smoking room. However, it seemed as though someone had smoked in this room. The floor was vinyl that was not completely tacked down. Regardless, for the price and location is was a decent/good value.
La Quinta Motel in Festus, Missouri was The La Quinta Inn was a nice place to stay. The motel staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. If I’am ever in Festus, Mo again, I will stay at the La Quinta Inn.
This hotel was very clean with a friendly staff and had a very good breakfast. We would definitely stay there again in the future if in the area. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from around the area and the scenery was very pretty.
great location, room was just the right size. breakfast (although free for me) could have been better (the gravey tasted funny). the staff was very helpful and friendly. the parking was sufficient and restaurants close by.
Grandfather passed, so we need a place that was centrally located to the area and close to family in order to visit with everyone. There were a number of family members that came out of town and they said their hotel was not as nice. And the breakfast was a plus.
